We had a site that was pretty large. We were able to put an 7 man tent on the top and a 3 man tent lower, the only complaint I have is that my ready camp go thru encore camping did not give me my discount and we had to camp thru KOA and they quoted me a price then when i got there i was charged 5 dollars extra for every person per night over 2 people. The campground itself was nice. Newport was close by so we used the Safeway there for anything extra we needed. I would camp there again but would try to rent a cabin next time. Tent camping is a lot of planning and work. But overall a nice place. The price per night is because of the amount of people we had in our party which was 5 and we had 2 cars.

This park was understaffed during our stay. The club house had 2 ping pong tables and foosball, but you had to check out the equipment and it closed at 4:30 pm, so you could not use any of the club house games after 4:30 pm. The restrooms had only 1 shower. I found the washer and dryers expensive. We would not stay at this campground again. Compared to others, this campground was a big disappointment. The pool was even closed early and there was no hot tub at this site.

We rented one of their 30 ft trailers with a pull out. It was very clean and there was bedding and dishes to boot. The campground was clean and the staff was very friendly. We stayed here in July. We did have to rent a portable fire pit. They are 5 for small and 10 for large and that is per day. We would stay here again. During our stay the heated pools heater was broken so pool was cold. The hot tub was clean and the hours of operation were great.
