This park has tiny RV spaces and only a few properly accommodate a fifth wheel with sliders. The laundry that had four outdated and poorly maintained washers and we were told by the maintenance worker in the laundromat that only one worked. The water supply is extremely contaminated with iron. It plugged our filter in a very short time. We paid for a week but notified the manager that we have to leave after 3 days due to the highly contaminated water supply . The manager said they have a "NO Refund" policy so we had to contact our credit card company for a refund due to the parks lack of a usable water supply. Several other campers took photos and water samples to the office and found that the manager was not concerned with the problem. We filled a 5 gallon bucket with water and it turned black and produced about a quarter cup of iron in the bottom of the bucket. The maintenance of this park is very poor. User beware to avoid expensive RV plumbing damage. Use a water filter to protect your plumbing in your RV. Do not drink this water; use bottle water for drinking .

We have stayed here once a year for the past three years. Very nice park and clean. The showers are pay showers $1/10 mins. Laundry room is at the upper site part of the park only. The train passes by quite a bit and blows its horn when passing the park. Make sure you reserve ahead and confirm your space. They often try to give you a different space to maximize their occupancy to their advantage, not yours. They always don't seem to know how the mix up happened every year we have been here. Ask for a camp site confirmation to be emailed to you with the site number confirmed and dates of stay and call ahead to verify before you arrive.

This is a very old park in a congested area. The park is about 3/4 full of permanent residents. Very crowded and hard to back into spots. We Stayed a week our price was quoted to us at $200/week with no email confirmation given per our request. When we arrived it was packed with our spot being the only spot left. The clerk charged us a total of $255 for a week even though we we quoted $200. This park has a two week cancellation policy which they didn't mention until we arrived. They pretty much do as they please. By the next day after the park was totally full per their computer and they started parking motorhomes next to the pool and throwing the electric plugs to hook up into the pool area. We would never stay in this area again and especially this park.

We arrived at Emerald Cove and had a site next to a broken down rig from the 60's complete with a broken pallets and trash. The Wi-Fi was free but was swamped with users and did not work most of the time. The restrooms had black water in the toilets that was very smelly. The cable TV did not have sound on half of the channels. The sales presentation was to last 90 minutes. We were not interested in investing over 10 K to be a member of the Resort. After over two hours and having the representative saying she would sign us out and coming back with a less friendly smile each time we received a check for $50, a certificate for $100.00 in gas and a certificate for another one week stay which we disposed of in the first trash can we could find. We do not recommend this resort.

This campground advertises that they have almost a mile of river front access. The WiFi is not free and the river front access is about 100 yards max. A nice place to stay for the night but a bit pricey for the facilities offered.

Campground personnel were directing RV's in the wrong direction, so several RV's had to back up long distances to properly park. Sites are hard to get into and not level. Not advised for larger rigs. Advertised as "full hookups" but no dump provided at sites, just a dump site for entire camp. No convenient pet area and no waste bags provided even though there was a dispenser marked "pet waste bags."
