Greenbrier State Park, Boonsboro, Maryland

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

This is a great place to stay, best in the area by far. Stayed a few days and enjoyed the ambiance of the park. Decent sized spaces. Facilities are older but the same is expected for state parks. We camped at Greenbrier State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Hagerstown, Williamsport, Maryland

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $75.00
Overall Rating:

Wouldn't let us drive through and look at the park prior to checking in. Does buying a pig-in-a-poke mean anything to anyone? Based on good reviews we gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to stay. Big mistake. Prices are SKY HIGH for services provided. This is the most expensive campground we have ever stayed out and it definitely wasn't worth it. And you better have a well sealed RV or you will be inundated with stink bugs. I still find stink bugs after having been at this park. We would not stay again. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Hagerstown in a Motorhome.
