Nice park, but we probably won't go back. We checked in on a Thursday night and asked for a site away from the road for quiet. We feel the person that helped should have mentioned that in back of the park is the high school football stadium. Instead of quiet, we had to listen to the Thursday night band and team practice, the Friday night varsity game, and the Saturday morning junior varsity game. Very noisy and raucous until about 10:00 PM each night. So much for a quiet spot away from the road. The campground is well-located in town and has a gas station/store in front which was handy. Trash is located at the front of the park, and they do offer recycling so separate it before you walk up there. The 6 rating is due to the noise.

$10 park entrance fee + $10 camping fee + $10 surcharge for the water and power loop = $30 a night. Sites are large and pretty level, camp sites have a shade structure, picnic table, grill, and fire ring. The whole loop is well-laid out and easy to navigate with your toad. Bathrooms and showers (pay) are clean and practically new, as is everything about this part of the campground. Can't beat the views, either. Very hot and windy when we stayed, so having power for the AC is nice. Bring everything you might need with you since any stores are a long drive away. Some good hiking and biking (on-road only) here, too. Quite a few bees here, too, when we stayed. And they are thirsty.

Big, clean park. Very friendly staff, came around and checked to make sure we were settled in OK. Sites are gravel or concrete (pull through). Our site backed to the Virgin River and had shade trees. Site also had a picnic table and a fire ring. Park has a very nice pool and spa (which we were too busy to use) and very nice bathrooms and showers. You get your own shower here instead of the communal shower style at many parks. The on-site store has the basics, but shop In La Verkin or Hurricane if you need a bunch of stuff. Easy access to Zion NP from here. Very, very nice resort.
