Golden Eagle Ranch RV Park & Campground, Colorado Springs, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

This park has potential, but apparently there is no motivation to improve it. We stayed here in a 43' RV and it was extremely tricky to get it up the hill and into the site. Site was the most rutted, unlevel pad we have ever stayed on. Flooding had occurred here and the "stream bed" running thru the site hadn't been filled in. Many of the campers here were transients with junk on their sites. Water pressure was adequate. The site had new 50 amp. Our Verizon worked fine, the parks WiFi is useless. This park had the only monthly vacancy in the area on short notice, so we had no where else to stay while visiting family. It's a shame they don't improve the park, as the scenery around it is beautiful and quiet. We camped at Golden Eagle Ranch RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Mountain View RV Park, Columbia Falls, Montana

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for a week and cost was lower than other parks in the area. Basically gravel sites with paved inner road next to the highway. Power and water were fine. Wi-Fi was spotty at times, our satellite and Verizon worked great. Office staff was very friendly. The highway is noisy but calms down at night. Sites were just big enough for our 43' motorhome but car had to sit on the side. Still a good location for touring the area. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

Gig Harbor RV Resort, Gig Harbor, Washington

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here for a week in our 43' motorhome. Booked the "super premium site" and for the price was disappointed. The sites are terraced so getting a large RV out wasn't easy. Site itself was poorly graveled dirt, no privacy, and a small picnic table. Cable TV was adequate. Large trees surround the park so we were unable to pick up satellite. Water pressure was set low (40 lbs). Very small swimming pool with lots of kids. We wouldn't stay here again if there was another alternative in the general vicinity. We camped at Gig Harbor RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Riverside RV Park, Brookings, Oregon

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

Small park right on river. Most sites are to small for our 43 foot motorhome, but pull in river sites are adequate. Not much room to manuever especially when cars are parked. View of the river is great and staff was very friendly. We camped at Riverside RV Park in a Motorhome.
