We really enjoyed this park. The manager is very friendly and helpful. The pull through sites are plenty wide and easy to access with our 35ft. RV . I did have to use an extension for the sewer hose, but it was not a big deal. There was a little freeway and train noise, but not objectionable. We would definitely stay here again.

Our pull through site was barely long enough for our 35 ft 5th wheel, and a little narrow with our slide outs. There was some traffic noise in our site. Cable TV signal was a little fuzzy, but useable.

This is a very nice, newer park. Very well maintained. Nice level paved pull throughs. Convenient to stores and gas stations. Easy freeway access.

This a big, wide-open gravel area with pull throughs marked off with log dividers. Not a bad place for an overnight stop. Easy access off of the I-10 frontage road. Good value, full 30-amp hookup for $16. We'd probably stay here again if passing through the area.

We liked this park. Easy access from freeway. Easy pull through. Good value for the price, even though we're not Escapee members. This was a perfect overnight stop. Nice level gravel sites and good hookups. No complaints.

This is a big and fairly crowded park. Good luck making reservations. We called at least 5 times and never got an answer or a returned call. When we got there the transient sites were all taken, but fortunately they could put us in one of the more permanent sites, kind of a tight 90-degree back-in. Although once we got in, there was a separate space for parking our truck, plus a concrete patio. There is a lot to do at this resort. Nice swimming pool, shuffleboard, bocci ball etc. It was a good value. Price reflects the PA rate, which is good for up to 7 days. We would probably stay here again if we had occasion to visit this area.

Easy access from I-40 but far enough off the freeway, no road noise. Nice views of the valley. Good value for the price. Nice easy pull throughs, good utility hookups. We'd definitely choose this park again if traveling through the area.

This is a very clean RV Park. It appears nearly new. Gravel throughout with long easy pull throughs. These are tandem pull throughs, but it wasn't an issue as the park was not full when we were there. Easy access from US 95 and a good value for the price. Friendly accommodating manager directed us to our site. We would definitely choose this park again if in the area.

This is a great overnight stop. Nice level paved pull throughs with good utilities. The price reflects the PA rate which had increased since our visit last year, but still a good value. Very easy access from Alt US-50. Right off the highway, but a wall blocks out all the road noise. Friendly and accommodating management. We'd definitely stay here again.

Very nice clean park with long paved pull throughs. Good utilities. Just a few blocks off of I-84. Good paved interior roads. Wi-Fi and cable worked well. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very friendly helpful onsite Owner/Manager, directed us into our site. Nice big gravel pull throughs. Good utilities, well-placed. They gave us a special winter rate which was lower than the Good Sam Rate. One of the few RV Parks open in the winter in that area. The park is situated among tall pine trees, but they didn't encroach on the sites at all. It was a very pretty setting even in the snow. We'd definitely stay here again.

I'm giving this park an 8 because of the lake front sites. The rate paid reflects the $21 for the lakefront site plus park admission rate of $4/person per day. The back-in site we had sloped down from the road, and the placement of the utilities was strange. Water was well behind the site, had to extend our water hose. Sewer was toward the front of the site which put it at a high point. It wouldn't drain correctly. I had to wait til we left, pull forward to get the rig higher than the sewer connection and then dump the tanks. Other than that, we enjoyed the park and the lake and would probably stay here again. We'd just be more careful choosing a site.

This park has some of the biggest easiest pull throughs we've ever encountered. Nice level gravel sites, easy access from the highway. Good value for the price. We'd definitely stay here again.

This was our second winter staying at this park, and we thoroughly enjoy our stays here. It's a small park, 11 sites, with a neighborhood feel to it. Most of the sites have small decks and hedges separating the sites. Price reflects the monthly rate.

This park just didn't do much for us. It was OK for a place to say for a week. We chose it for it's location. The price reflects the weekly rate. It's all gravel back-in's. The roads are a little rough and have some of the worst speed bumps I've ever encountered. Quite a few long-term residents and older rigs. Nearly all sites are shady. In fact, we had to trim some low hanging branches to get into our site. Overall, not a bad place to stay, just lacked character.
