Original site was not able to accommodate our 34' trailer due to downhill slope. Provided alternative which was on one of the main roads. I was disappointed in the sites based on the price. Unless you were on a premium site, some of them were not level and were fairly rough sites for the amount paid for each site. The office personnel were also not very accommodating when I told them about the original site (295) and how it would not accommodate a trailer more than 30' due to the downhill slope of the site. I asked about a site that was right across from my original site but was told it was unavailable however; there was no one on it the entire time we were there. The restrooms were clean but very hot.

Very nice campground with a lot of activities. Stayed over the Memorial Day weekend. Campground was full but did not feel crowded. Restrooms are very clean and well maintained. Stayed on site 19. Nice but located next to main road.

Bathrooms are consistently clean and well maintained. Office personnel are very nice and helpful. WiFi is spotty depending on where you are camped. There was no TV reception which wasn't a bad thing. Overall, very nice camping experience.

The owners were very nice. There were a number of leased/owned lots. The game room had air hockey and ping pong. The bathrooms were very clean and well kept. The site where we stayed, had a paved area for a picnic table. The price was very reasonable at $22 for full hook-ups, cable, wi-fi and paved area for table/chairs.

Enjoyed our stay. Campground is managed very well. Wi-Fi has limited bandwidth. Security Patrol manages to keep golf carts under control. The only reason I didn't rate a 10 is due to the fact that the bathrooms, although kept very clean, haven't been upgraded since we have been going there for the past few years. They could use a face lift.

Stayed for 7 days. We have stayed at Pirateland for the last 5 years. We stayed in the Beach area for the last 2 years. Wi-Fi was good although unable to connect at times. Bathrooms are air conditioned and clean although haven't been renovated in several years. Camp store was well stocked and they had most items you would need. Favorite is lazy river (adult time). Staff did a great job of keeping everything under control while still allowing everyone to have a good time.

Campground was awesome. The owners/operators were very nice. The Wi-Fi exceeded expectations. The bathrooms were very clean and well kept. The location is close to Helen and also serves as a nice base camp to locations nearby. Sites were all concrete pads with enough separation between sites that you didn't feel you were on top of each other.

We have been staying here for the last few years for soccer tournaments. This year they added the paved pads for the picnic tables which was very nice. The only reason I didn't give them a 10 was the fact that they didn't have cable TV. Hosts were very nice. We arrived late and they had an envelope on the door directing us right where to go. We even filled up our propane tank while we were there. Only issue is the location right next to the train tracks other than that, very well maintained campground.

Had a great stay at Bald Mountain. We came in after hours and they had a packet of exactly where our campsite was and how to get to it. I was told when I made the reservation that it was shady which it was. I was on a waiting list. Campground called and was able to accommodate me.

We were in Charlotte for a soccer tournament. The bathrooms were awesome. There were unisex individual bathrooms with sinks and showers. The facilities were excellent. The sites were paved and weren't on top of each other. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
