Creekside RV Park, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

Date of Stay: October, 2010 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

I would rate the campground a 7, but our site 65 and experience a 4. When we are outside it is not at all quite and peaceful! While sitting out by our camp fire the air conditioner unit at the bath house is running and it is loud! At 2:00 PM everyday, the high band is preparing for their Friday night show featuring Elvis tunes...they are practicing "Ain't nothing but a hound dog" as I type this review. The campground is clean with paved roads and pad. Our site is a good size, but in addition to the noise there is a paved walkway through our site to the bathhouse. We camped at Creekside RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Stone Mountain Park Campground, Stone Mountain, Georgia

Date of Stay: September, 2010 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

We have camped at Stone Mountain Park Campground many times. We love the big camping spots, the canopy of shady tress, and being near the lake. Every campsite has a paved parking pad, picnic table and fire ring. The staff is very friendly and will do almost anything to resolve an issue. The bath house is very clean. There are a lot of activities to enjoy at the park. We have a Mountain Membership and everything is free plus we get discounts at the shops. We love Stone Mountain Park Campground! We camped at Stone Mountain Park Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Creekwood Resort Campground & Cabins, Sautee Nacoochee, Georgia

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

We enjoyed our stay at Creekwood Resort. The campsites have paved pads, picnic tables, and fire rings. We camped in site 12. It was a big campsite and very private. We had easy access from our campsite to the trail that leads to the creek. The resort is well maintained with a clean bath house. The owners live onsite and are very friendly. We really enjoyed Aunt B's restaurant across the street. It is a very short drive to Unicoi State Park and about a 5 mile drive to Helen. We camped at Creekwood Resort Campground & Cabins in a Travel Trailer.
