Nanabe Creek RV Park, Meridian, Mississippi

Date of Stay: March, 2016 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This park has taken a turn for the worst. It has become a haven for old dilapidated permanent rvs. There is a nice older lady that does the upkeep alone and the owner/manager is never around.

It is hard to find a site with proper hook-ups due to the pine straw and dead limbs all over the place. No site that would accommodate our RV was level. The sewer connection was covered in dried toilet paper and feces. Only a few 50 amp sites.

It is very close to a railroad track that runs all night. When we were here it almost seemed like there was some type of drug activity, but could not be sure. Stay Away. We camped at Nanabe Creek RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:

Make sure you have all that you need. As this park is outside of the city and there is a truck stop and fueling station a mile or so away.

Redfish Bay RV Resort, Aransas Pass, Texas

Date of Stay: September, 2012 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We love this park. It's is the 5th time my husband and I have stayed here. The park is very well kept. The facilities are always clean. The staff is very helpful. We were able to easily get our 40ft RV in and out of the extra long sites. All of the sites are spaced a good distance apart, so we did not feel like we were right on top of our neighbors. The rates are good especially for all of the amenities. We would highly recommend this park. We camped at Redfish Bay RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Nanabe Creek RV Park, Meridian, Mississippi

Date of Stay: March, 2011 - $28.00

My husband and I were in Meridian, MS on our way back to Houston, TX. We decided to stop at Nanabe Creek after seeing a few of the reviews. We were trying to see if the park that we have been staying at and enjoying for the last 3-4 years, had gone down hill that much. The past reviews were very wrong. The park not changed much, they are under the same management that we have seen in the past years, and have made some great improvements to their bathrooms and their laundry room. Unfortunately we were here too early to enjoy the pool, but we still had a great time. We hope to see them again next year. We camped at Nanabe Creek RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Green Trees Crazy Woman Campground, Gillette, Wyoming

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

My husband and I were staying in this park for a few weeks for his work. Before we arrived I spent a week trying to reach someone in the office on the phone. When I finally got in touch with the office we were not given an answer about whether or not we would have a site until the day that we arrived. We were very surprised about the amenities that were listed on the web site that were not there. The pool and spa would have been nice if there would have been water in either of them. The site that we were in was right next to a big rig that was parked 3 feet from our slide out. It was a very well named park, due to the fact that the woman that was working was always rude and unhelpful. I would never recommend this park to anyone. We camped at Green Trees Crazy Woman Campground in a Travel Trailer.
