Old Pavillion RV Park, Perry, Florida

Date of Stay: January, 2011 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This park is not in Perry. It is in Keaton Beach, which is 20 miles SW of Perry. Anyone who gives this place a 10 must be a relative. No pavement or gravel of any kind. Rough, dirt roads and sandy parking places. We camped at Old Pavillion RV Park in a Motorhome.

Big Oak RV Park, Tallapoosa, Georgia

Date of Stay: December, 2010 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

Very near I-20. Perhaps too close. Interstate noise could be heard from our site. The rate was low. If what you're looking for is a safe place to spend the night, this is a good choice. No restaurants or shopping nearby that we know of. We camped at Big Oak RV Park in a Motorhome.

Shreveport / Bossier City KOA (formerly Tall Pines RV Park), Shreveport, Louisiana

Overall Rating:

Rate was $32 before Good Sam discount. Very clean and friendly park. Convenient to I-20 and shopping. All sites had concrete pad for parking. This was one of the nicest we have stayed at. We camped at Shreveport / Bossier City KOA (formerly Tall Pines RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Gainesville Factory Outlet Mall (CLOSED), Gainesville, Texas

Date of Stay: December, 2010 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

The July review pretty well sums up this park. I will mention that trash cans are present at each space. We found a sort of honor system check in. Fill out a form, and put it, along with your 15 dollars, in a lock box out in the park. This is a great place if all you want is a comfortable place to spend the night. Cracker Barrel and Applebee's are out front. We camped at Gainesville Factory Outlet Mall (CLOSED) in a Motorhome.
