Park Place RV Park, Quartzsite, Arizona

Date of Stay: January, 2017 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed four nights at Quartzsite. Mgrs. and asst. mgrs. on check in were very nice and helpful. The park is very clean with large, level gravel spaces. Very quiet day & night. We have a 40ft. Country Coach and were assigned a 30 amp space. 50 amp were all taken. During the first night, the coach decided that it would not accept the power. The auto-gen started the generator. Seven minutes later the mgr. Bill, showed up to say that no gens allowed. He and his wife went out of their way to move us over behind their fifth wheel as the park was full, so that we could remain at the park. It is night time and raining. They had us hook up to their 50 amp power as they went onto their propane for our stay. This level of kindness is hard to find. My rating--A Plus !!!! We camped at Park Place RV Park in a Motorhome.

Westerly RV Park, Durango, Colorado

Date of Stay: October, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This is a lovely, quiet, smaller RV park. The mgr, Bob, was very nice and helpful. The spaces are nice and wide for full slide and awning extension, level, with gravel pads and grass between each site. There is a nice laundry room. Half the sites are OK for satellite reception. There are no shower facilities, but if you are fully self contained, this is a nice place. WiFi worked great. Hot springs across the street at half price. Grocery store, small strip center five minute walk. Camped here in a 42ft Country Coach with jeep. Will definitely return. We camped at Westerly RV Park in a Motorhome.
