Distant Drums RV Resort, Camp Verde, Arizona

Date of Stay: March, 2016 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

I like the way the sites are laid out there staggered and plenty of room. Wifi was hit and miss but most parks are the same way. The only negative was was baking dogs especially the ones across from us. We will stay here again and hopefully the park will enforce their rules regarding this issue. Very nice park. We camped at Distant Drums RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Andersen's RV Park, Long Beach, Washington

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

First of all the new owners are extremely friendly and very accommodating, we wanted to extend our stay for a few days and they adjusted or rate down and we were able to stay in the same site. The sites are a little tight but you don't feel that cramped. There is Lots of room to maneuver your rig and back in and park your tow. The beach is just a short walk away and there are lots of sights to see in the area. This is a great place great location. We will stay here again. We camped at Andersen's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Brookhollow RV Park, Kelso, Washington

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

I loved this place, the office was very friendly and helpful. The pull through was the best Iv'e been in. The hook ups were right where they should be, the concrete pad was very level and plenty of room between rigs. getting out was also very easy.
The only negative is the entry, the main sign will put you into the mobile home area. If you look past that sign you'll see a sign that says RV Park with an arrow.
We will say here again and I do recommend this park. We camped at Brookhollow RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tiki Tom's RV Park, Tiki Island, Texas

Date of Stay: December, 2014 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is a gem of a park. It is the cleanest and best run park we have been to. There are many permanent rigs but they must maintain a well-kept site or leave. Two great complementary laundry rooms. Two public decks by the water.

We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Tiki Tom's RV Park in a Motorhome.

Parkview MHP & RV Park, Appomattox, Virginia

Date of Stay: October, 2012 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

This is basically an open field next to an mobile home park. The sites are some what level and has paved pads. Plenty of room between sites. Wi-Fi was good. There is no store or facilities. We came here from DC to avoid Hurricane Sandy. Perfect place, no trees. This ia a good location to tour Lynchburg, Appomattox and surrounding areas. Would stay here again. We camped at Parkview MHP & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Circle M-Outdoor World, Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: October, 2012 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park, but sites were difficult to get into and not level. I had to put my front tires and leveling pads on blocks to get level. Word of caution getting there, I have two different GPS units and both wanted to take me past the entrance by about a mile. There is a sign with an arrow on the right side of the road on a curve about a block away then it's a sharp left. Would stay here again but would be a little more choosy. We camped at Circle M-Outdoor World in a Motorhome.

Tohickon Family Campground, Quakertown, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: October, 2012 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park, family campground. We were in the off season and were able to get a spot right on the river. Was very nice and quiet. Sites had plenty of room, although there were only about six campers besides us. One word of caution. It is on covered bridge road. Depending which way you come in: there is a covered bridge 12' 1". Manager was great and very accommodating. Would stay here again. We camped at Tohickon Family Campground in a Motorhome.

Cherry Hill Park, College Park, Maryland

Date of Stay: October, 2012 - $54.00
Overall Rating:

What a great place. Perfect location for visiting DC., and the surrounding areas. At their suggestion we used the metro pass. It was so easy and kept the stress level down. They also have bus tours which they arrange. We took the night out and I would recommend that. This park bends over backwards to take care of your needs. We had booked for two weeks but because of Hurricane Sandy we left two days early and without question they refunded us for two days. Only negative is the freeway is Very Close and you get some noise. Love this place, we would stay here again. We camped at Cherry Hill Park in a Motorhome.

Black Bear Campground, Florida, New York

Date of Stay: September, 2012 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

This is a nice campground. Sites were level, WI-FI was decent, and we were able to use our satellite dish. It is a little tricky getting to the upper area but not a problem. The biggest issue was the stink bugs; it’s been two months, and we are still finding them. We stayed here two weeks. Would stay here again if they could get a grip on the stink bug problem. We camped at Black Bear Campground in a Motorhome.

Nice park, but bare bones. Sites were level, plenty of room between sites. Close to the freeway but the noise wasn't that bad. Good WI-FI, no cable. But we would stay here again. We camped at Three Flags RV Park in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. We really recommend this to anyone traveling through the area. If you look at it on Google it looks very close to the freeway but you don't get the noise. Fuel is right there. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Motorhome.

One of our friends recommended this to us, so we tried it. The owner greets you, get you checked in, asked if you would like a free beer and gets you to your site. Not much to see in the area but this is a great place to stay. Sites are level and plenty of room between sites. We would stay here again. We camped at Peter D's RV Park in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here before and have enjoyed it. They are friendly, sites are level, room between sites. It is quiet even though it’s close to the freeway and a truck stop. Good Wi-Fi. Just a nice place to stay. We camped at Indian Creek Campground in a Motorhome.
