Staying here - it is MONTHLY only. Prefers 2-3 month minimum. No extra amenities, but OK park. Very close to town and stores. Rent is $294 for the month - includes taxes. Water is city water so tastes good and adequate pressure. Electric is a direct bill to the Electric Company - hence the 2-3 month minimum stay. Amperage is excellent and consistent, even with AC in summer. Sewer outlet adequate.

Great location right off I-20. Yes, it is near RxR, but actually too far away to hear it or interstate traffic. Besides, moving railroads mean good economy/business! It's near all types of stores and very accessible to I-20. The neighborhood is commercial so it isn't full of fancy houses and malls... but the price isn't $60 - $80 a night either. Didn't hear or actually see any "permanent" residents so not sure what the issue is there. I was probably more noisy! Restrooms and laundromat are very nice and clean. Very pleasant staff.

Nice clean RV Park. Directly across the street from Amazon and very handy to walk or bike to working at Amazon. Laundromat was just completed in Fall 2011 and had good machines - not commercial though. Nothing exciting about the park. It is primarily a RV Park for workers coming into Amazon for the seasonal rush.

Very nice staff and facilities. Club room was immaculate. Site was easy to back into, but along the entrance road to the park and marina. Very clean sites. Great "floating" restaurant down the street at the marina.

Loved the exercise trail that went right through the property, even across a bay! Great fishing too. Most of the sites had a good bay view and plenty of maneuvering room. We were in a group, so we had breakfast at the small club room on the bay front -very nice atmosphere. Anacordes is an awesome town to visit - completely redone and very nice shops too.
