Loretta Lynn's Family Campground, Hurricane Mills, Tennessee

Date of Stay: October, 2010 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

BEAUTIFUL Park! However, the attitude of the employees left a bit to be desired. This whole Loretta Lynn Ranch reeked of "Nickel and Dime" you to death. I will not be returning, as there are many other places just as nice, if not nicer, that do not stick it to you for every little thing. No Wi-Fi, and forget air cards working in this location. No cable, and your antenna will only pick up two station, maybe. We camped at Loretta Lynn's Family Campground in a Motorhome.

Cherokee Hills Campground, Jackson, Missouri

Date of Stay: October, 2010 - $17.00
Overall Rating:

Inexpensive, (with Passport America), very quiet, friendly, and easy to maneuver a 39 footer. What more could a full timer want? Wi-Fi? Nope, but our Alltel wireless worked quite well. Fancy amenities? Nope, but we are not looking for that. The things that really matter like clean 50 amp service, good water pressure, ease of getting in and out are all here. All in all, this is a good place to spend a few nights. We camped at Cherokee Hills Campground in a Motorhome.

Lake Hartwell Camping & Cabins, Townville, South Carolina

Date of Stay: September, 2010 - $17.00
Overall Rating:

This was one of our best experiences! Great staff who were very accommodating. We had no problem with a 39' motorhome and attached 24' trailer. Our motorhome leveled up nicely without use of blocks. Top notch laundry facilities as well. Add all that to this being one of the most beautiful, rustic settings right on the lake, and you have a perfect place. We were going to stay one week, but added another week and a half to the stay. We camped at Lake Hartwell Camping & Cabins in a Motorhome.
