Sites are long but close to trees. I have 3 slides and no problem just have to park in right spot. Power on 50 amps is low 105 amps on one leg. Power flickered several times and power panel was hot to the touch. Owner says no problem this happens all the time when it is hot. Lovely spot in the country side but for $40 I would like better power. There is a pool and playground equipment for kids. Owners very friendly and helpful.

Small park, neat and clean. Good stop over just not close to anything.

I have been to Bay Breeze several times and always enjoy my stay. It is private and quiet and the owners make you feel welcome and at ease. My only negative would be the price for what is there. There is one public bathroom and shower for some 20 sites. This is not a significant problem since there are sewer hookups at each site. There is a very small beach area and no fire pits. Again I love this park but just think it is a bit over priced.

I had a "premium" lot which was very nicely located with nice scenery but it was gravel (remember the $45) and the WiFi was nonexistent. I asked about the WiFi and was told there were probably a lot of people on line. The lower premium lots were nice and level but the other sites were not MH friendly. Lots of tires off the ground. TT and 5th wheels no problem. A friendly place just over priced but it is a KOA.

Easy in and out. Parked close to office and Wi-Fi was fine. Looks like they have cleaned the place up a lot from a year ago when we were there. I had no problem with noise but there is a lot of areas with thin grass. It did rain while we were there but no big deal.

A very pleasant and relaxing park. The owners are wonderful and treat you like family. A couple of corrections to previous posts would be I do not believe there are showers and restrooms available. The park is designed for motorhomes that are fully contained. I do not see any of this as a negative but more of a clarification. If I had a complaint it would be the design of the water hookup on one site. It is designed to be shared via splitters and this presents issues for some RVers. Again I love the place and will visit again.

Park is beautiful. All sites are back in but not a problem to get in to. Clubhouse is one of the best I have seen, with two working kitchens available. Sites are gravel and level. I did not see one RV with tires off the ground. Plenty of staff around and even someone to help you plan your stay and give you info on all the activities going on during your time in Franklin. I will return and I encourage clubs looking for a club friendly park to visit Great Outdoors.

I really like the site I am on #20. All sites are goos and level. My only criticism is the laundry room needs a good cleaning and the fitness room smells like it has been closed up for a long time. Those things said, I love the park and would come back.

Nice friendly management with a well stocked RV store. Sites are a little close together but no problem with slides (3) and awnings. A couple of negatives would be the Interstate noise and the local maintenance people insist on starting work at 7 AM. Good entertainment on Thursday night. A little far out of Nashville but overall a good stay. I would stay here again.

Lots of sites and everything worked well. My only complaints/criticism is the paved sites are very narrow and at a right angle to the street making backing in difficult. The next issue would be the sites are very out of level. They look level but when you try to level you find they are not. Lots of rigs with blocks and tires off the ground. I would stay here again but only if I could get a reasonably level site.

Excellent park. Well run and well kept. Upper section in front of the office is all gravel. Behind the office is grass with gravel sites, and the lower section is grass (beautiful) and gravel sites.

No complaints, very friendly check-in, good pull-through site everything worked well. I did not try the cable TV, but I saw other rigs connected. Campground is clean and quiet. Good place.

Just returned from a Good Sam Chapter camp out at Lake Pines. We found the owner to be most accommodating and helpful. We were allowed free use of the Rally room (full kitchen) and had a nice fire every night in the fireplace. The train does go by a couple of times a day but not issue to me. There is a wedding chapel available and a barn available for large parties and such.

Park is beginning to run down. We had a good space with full hook ups but sites were poorly marked and covered with leaves. Management was very confused and had to go out and look around for a site to put us on even though the park was basically empty. Probably will not go back.

Very clean and well landscaped. Water, power and sewer worked well. LEVEL concrete pads. A few campers had some clutter around their rig but overall a neat place. I will stay here again.
