American RV Resort, Albuquerque, New Mexico

Date of Stay: April, 2016 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Previously spent a couple years at American RV Park from 2011 to 2013 while working a contract in the local area. Shorter contract brought me back to Albuquerque.

Can see noticeable degradation of landscaping and infrastructure of the facilities. Park management has changed since last visit and overall staff seems to more aloof and just going through the motions.

Most glaring concern is the wifi system installed just before I departed in 2013 was inoperative my entire stay. Sounds like it has been out of service for a few months at least.

Would reconsider staying here again in future and would definitely check updates on RV Park Reviews before making a reservation. If the downward trend in service and upkeep do continue then American RV will no longer be the best place to stay while in Albuquerque. We camped at American RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Smokey Point Mobile Home and RV, Arlington, Washington

Date of Stay: February, 2011 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

Have been parked in this "no frills" location for a couple of months as we transition to full-time status (wrapping up storage, making sure all rigs systems are go, etc). The nightly rate reflects the monthly site rent of $365. Love the location not far from I-5 and easy access to just about any retail store an RV'er might desire (less than five minute drive to most with easy walks to markets and restaurants.) After reading earlier reviews go from negative to positive decided to come drive through back in January. Met the owner and his sons as they were busy making improvements to landscape and facilities. No regrets at all about parking here and might extend our stay just to have a great location to use as base for more exploring of the NW corner of WA state. We camped at Smokey Point Mobile Home and RV in a Motorhome.
