Difficult to find on 2-lane road off I-10. Street winds back around to beside I-10 with constant traffic noise. Shut the doors and turn on the TV: the noise will be less noticable. Clean park, level concrete pads, be aware you will need to go up ramp to pad and back down again: tricky with toad and 38' rig, but made it slowly. Cable TV was great, Wi-Fi was a little bit of a challenge to access but once on, no problem. CASH ONLY!

No pool or spa, no problem. Beautiful new community room with handicap accessible shower rooms, big screen TV, kitchen. Laundry room: watch TV while you get the wash done, very nice. Quiet park, beautiful sunsets (and sunrises for the early birds!). They accept any type vehicle from vans to big rigs. We will be here for 5 months. Monthly rate currently $310 plus 14 cents per kWh. Our last bill during the heat was $109 and expect to cut that in half now that summer is over. We have family here and enjoy how easy it is to get around town. High Desert is further away from I-40, but not by much. The road noise does not bother us. We will be making this our annual ABQ stay next year.

Date of Stay:

The rate shown reflects monthly rate divided by 30 days. Electric is 10 cents per kh billed monthly-our bill was over $100. Please be aware, you will NOT receive free breakfast if you are on monthly rate. Many permanent residents in perimeter spots, some with several vehicles and storage items. Wi-fi was spotty-we were parked within 3 spaces of unit and it still didn't work. The front desk stated there were no problems, it must be our equipment. We did not use rec. room, pool or spa as they were constantly used by kids. We moved up the road to High Desert (see review) at the end of the month. The park was clean and well-managed, but we would have liked to mingle in the morning with the breakfast crowd, but it was expressly excluded. We would not stay there again.
