This park has the most wonderful location around Morro Bay with views of the ocean in some spots. We had a spot with a fantastic view of the ocean, and loved it, however if you are young and have kids, I would strongly urge you not to stay here as stated by the owners. "Everyone is really old and does not like noise from kids or dogs and it would be best for us to stay somewhere else." We stayed here with our 3 kids and dog for 4 days and were complained about by everyone around us, who mind you, were ages ranging from 60 to 80 years old. No offense to my elders as I have respect for them. The owner approached me as to the complaints and completely defalcated my character in front of the fire department who was here training. I had approached the fire department about my kids doing a tour at their department and owner of park was standing next to the fireman. He had no problem reprimanding me in front of said fire department. Said that we could no longer stay at the park as my children where too loud and that my dog cried one night when we went to dinner. It was so quiet in the park it was like being at a morgue. Other than that, this is the most wonderful place to stay if you want very, very quiet and a wonderful view of the ocean. Happy travels. We camped at Morro Dunes RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
