Leroy Percy State Park, Hollandale, Mississippi

Date of Stay: October, 2010 - $14.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed 8 nights and would have stayed more, but both full-hooks were reserved for that weekend. They only have 2 full hook-up sites. One is in the shade and one is not. We had the with not. Still it was great. Lake or stream (?) with a fishing dock. Not a lot here for kids. The $14 is for seniors. We camped at Leroy Percy State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Natchez State Park, Natchez, Mississippi

We're here for 4 nights. It's nice, shaded. However, in Loop A there are no pull-through sites. The site was wooded and impossible to back into. We went down the highway, turned around and made a back-in into a pull-through. There just barely room for the RV and the truck. If they cut down a few pine trees, parking would be a whole lot better. The sites are very close together. Can't beat the price $14 per night for seniors with full hook-ups We camped at Natchez State Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Glacier Hill Lakes, Wapakoneta, Ohio

Date of Stay: September, 2010 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is a pretty park but asked for and got a pull-thru. Only the pull-thru was on blacktop between 2 buildings used for RV repairs! We went back to the office and she finally gave us a back-in site that wasn't level AT ALL and had an old rickety wood deck. If we would have had to spend more than 1 night we would have left. She did take $5 off the $30 We camped at Glacier Hill Lakes in a Fifth Wheel.
