Solstice Motorcoach Resort, Mesquite, Nevada

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Rate reflects Good Sam discount. This RV park - not a Resort (there is no pool), is on top of the little hill overlooking Mesquite, with great views around. Because of the slow business they stopped at phase one. I think, they will never finish phase two and three. Because of slow business the office is not open every day. Check in is like in some State Parks on self registering basis. Restrooms and showers are very clean. Wi-Fi is out of order, posted at Office door. We camped at Solstice Motorcoach Resort in a Motorhome.

Park City RV Resort, Park City, Utah

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

This RV Park is going downhill. We stayed two weeks including Labor Day weekend. Office is open only 5 hours a day, hot tub is broken, no toilet paper in restrooms for three days and not clean, weak wifi, and way too much noise from I-80. We camped at Park City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Eagle Soaring RV Park, Steamboat Springs, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

We choose this place because it is listed in our Big Rigs Guide, but the place is awful--no shade, no picnic tables, no light at restrooms, not enough room for our 4 slides. We paid for four nights and left after one. We will never come again. We camped at Eagle Soaring RV Park in a Motorhome.

Lakeshore Park Campground, Saint Ignace, Michigan

Date of Stay: June, 2012 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Easy in and out. Had a 100 foot pull through site: more than enough for a 45 foot rig and Jeep. Had plenty of room for our 4 slides. Campground had strong AC power, first class Wi-Fi. The view to Lake Michigan was just through the windshield. Very friendly reception. Rate reflects FMCA: stayed one week and will come again. We camped at Lakeshore Park Campground in a Motorhome.

Life Northwest RV & Lodging (formerly River Life Resort), Harrisburg, Oregon

Date of Stay: October, 2011 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Park is under new ownership and improved. Office girls are very helpful, pull throughs are long but not wide enough for our 4 slide 45 ft MH. I gave a 6 because if you need to pull something out from the storage bay or for dumping you have to go on the very wet grass -it was raining- and you we got dirty shoes. We camped at Life Northwest RV & Lodging (formerly River Life Resort) in a Motorhome.

The Mill Casino RV Park, North Bend, Oregon

Date of Stay: October, 2011 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

Rate based on weekly rate, Good Sam and players card. The restrooms, showers and laundry room were extremely clean, and so the RV Park. We faced the river -50 ft away- 60 ft.pull through, big enough for our 4 slides 45 ft. MH, 60+ cable channels, very strong AC power, we pulled on a cold morning 60 amps and had still 119V,excellent seafood buffet for 18 bucks -early bird- two outside hot tubs, one indoor pool, BUT it is only a nice maintained parking lot. We used it as base for exploring the 6 state parks in a 25 mile range. We camped at The Mill Casino RV Park in a Motorhome.

We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.

Astoria / Warrenton / Seaside KOA, Hammond, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2011 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

The park seems separated in two parts, the older one with shade and well landscaped sites fits smaller units, the other has longer sites, but not well leveled with holes. There are many "Happy Campers" who don't pick up after their dogs. Warning: Do not come with a clean MH, it is very, very dusty. We will not come again. We camped at Astoria / Warrenton / Seaside KOA in a Motorhome.
