We loved this park. Our site was near the pool and the kids loved it. The entire RV park is clean and well maintained. The staff is OK, not overly friendly. The best part is the location near light rail and near down town Tempe. We would definitely stay at this park again.

Good views, nice landscaping and friendly staff. Cons: no parking when you register and the sites are extremely tight. Difficult to navigate in and out. Seasonal residents constantly water roads, which can be ok except the roads get very muddy. Also, the seasonal residents like to water the lawn on your site while you are here trying to enjoy your site. If you ask the seasonal resident (not the staff), to water later while you are gone they get very rude and mean. It seems that the owner's focus, and investment is in the cabins up front.

This campground has nice views and landscaping. The staff is unfriendly and unprofessional, not helpful at all. If you have kids, this is not the campground for you. The pool is cold and the park is only a merry go round and swings. When we stayed, the campground was nearly empty, however the staff chose to park all campers/motorhomes right next to each other. It was difficult to understand why, with the park so empty, they couldn't give people a space in-between each other. We liked the setting and cleanliness. It is too bad the staff was so unfriendly. We hope any one else that stays has better luck then us.

This RV park was clean and the staff very friendly. We stayed in the lower level and had no trouble with our site. The pool is small, but clean and fun. The park above was fun for the kids. We recommend this park.
