Miles Motors RV Center & Campground, Hendersonville, North Carolina

Date of Stay: October, 2010 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for a couple of nights postponing our trip home. We were scouting out future camping /vacation stays. This park is beautiful, you can camp along a nice stream, or pick a spot on the lake. There are also more rustic sites. Very well kept and the owners are very helpful giving information about surrounding attractions. We camped at Miles Motors RV Center & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Dixie Caverns Campground, Salem, Virginia

Date of Stay: September, 2010 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

If you are planning to stay more than a night and have a bathroom in your camper this is a good overnighter. Bring some leveling blocks. The bathrooms are a joke. The shower has no dressing area, except the main bathroom that is. If someone opens the door you can wave to everyone outside while drying yourself off! No soap, hand towels, or even a blow dryer for your hands!! Most of the left row of campers are crappy, old, moss covered, ghetto, rundown campers. The place is rundown bad; no money being put back into the place at all. We camped at Dixie Caverns Campground in a Travel Trailer.
