Lazydays RV Campground, Seffner, Florida

Date of Stay: March, 2017 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed at this park frequently. The last couple of times we were there the staff was borderline rude they will not make conversation with anyone but other staff. I felt as if I was a bother to them. All the sites are paved but not level from to back also the pool is supposedly heated we I personally know the heater has been out sense November because we were there during Thanksgiving and then again during Christmas and it wasn't working then. Beside the Pool and Hot tub there really is nothing else to do in the park. I really was let down from the previous years we have stayed here. because of the rudeness and unable or willingness to fix the pool. this park over charges for what you get. Around 40 dollars would be a fair price not worth 60 dollars just because the strawberry festival is in town. Ever here of price gouging well that's what they did just because of the festival. We camped at Lazydays RV Campground in a Motorhome.

San Antonio KOA, San Antonio, Texas

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Nice place to stay if you have a family. Nice and quiet. Has lots of trees. This is a pretty park that seems to be well maintained. They need to relocate the Dumpsters so they are easier to get to. We camped at San Antonio KOA in a Motorhome.

Tampa East RV Resort, Dover, Florida

Date of Stay: February, 2016 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

Put us on a small site in the middle of a bunch of permanent park models. It had no grass at all. And the picnic table was black from mold. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several years. We camped at Tampa East RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Nice little county park. Plenty of picnic pavilions with two big playgrounds for kids. It also has a small beach area on Tampa bay with plenty of docks and areas to fish. For the boaters they have a 6 slot boat ramp and kayak/canoe rentals. We camped at E.G. Simmons Regional Park in a Motorhome.

Crystal Isles Resort, Crystal River, Florida

Date of Stay: December, 2011 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

This is a nice park. They have improved the cable TV. We have never experienced any problems. However the no see-ums will carry you away if you don't use bug spray. Also they allow fire pits for those who like to have a fire. We camped at Crystal Isles Resort in a Motorhome.

Louisville South KOA, Shepherdsville, Kentucky

Date of Stay: September, 2011 - $54.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice campground. Most sites are level but some are a little rustic just like a KOA should be. Staff was nice and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this campground. They also have a nice trail to a river and a fishing pond. I think this would be a good family campground and I would gladly stay here again if I am in Louisville again. We camped at Louisville South KOA in a Motorhome.

Whispering River Resort (formerly Misty River Cabins & RV Resort), Walland, Tennessee

Date of Stay: October, 2010 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Not sure why they have an A grade. It reminded us of a parking lot. Sites were all gravel but level and I don't remember any pads at all. This campground was overpriced in our opinion we have stayed in a lot nicer campgrounds for less $$. We camped at Whispering River Resort (formerly Misty River Cabins & RV Resort) in a Motorhome.

Deer Trail Park Campground, Wytheville, Virginia

Date of Stay: October, 2010 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed overnight. We came in late and left early the next morning. It seemed to be a fairly nice park from what we could see. The only problem we had was we share the water spigot with the neighboring site which was empty thank goodness. Luckily I had 2 water hoses I could put together to reach it. But someone in the middle of the night turned it off not sure why never had that happen before. We camped at Deer Trail Park Campground in a Motorhome.
