This is a great place to spend a night or even a few days while in Pincher Creek, AB. Electric only but good Wi-Fi. Dump Station and fresh water available. Host is very friendly and helpful. We stayed here, in the rain, for one night only, but would return. It is a very pretty little park right in Town and on the Pincher Creek. Lots of trees and grass.

This is a very nice Park with all the amenities. Close to Virginia City and all attractions in this area. The Park is clean and orderly and quiet. Owners/Managers are friendly and helpful and very nice people. They will do anything to make your stay enjoyable in their Park. We found our stay here very pleasant and did a lot of sightseeing in Virginia City. You can't ask for more. Do not miss the Virginia City Players performance. Very very worthwhile and fun. The WiFi was somewhat unreliable in the Park but I am not sure whether to attribute that to the Park's signal or to my own computer. Difficult to tell. A large motor home parked between us and the Office might also have contributed to a somewhat unstable WiFi signal. We would return.

We were well pleased with this park. The rate quoted is Passport America Rate. Thanks to this park for honoring it without limits. Everything here was great. Well located for visiting the Black Hills and Badlands area. The biking trails in Rapid City are second to none. Wonderful. Within easy driving distance of the park at Black Hawk. We couldn't have been happier with the facilities offered by this RV park/campground. Everything was clean and neat and well looked after. The people running the park are helpful and friendly and will do anything for you to make your stay a happy one. The sites are somewhat close together but there's lots of room to spread out within the park. Wi-Fi was perfect near the office. The road in and out of the park is well graveled and even with a lot of rain while we were there, there was no problem getting in and out. Thanks to everyone at Three Flags. We will definitely return and recommend you to friends and family looking for a park in this area.

We stayed here and paid the PA Rate. At $35 this is a very overpriced Park. We moved on after two nights at PA Rate as they would not consider extending that rate. We would not pay $35/night for this Park. Sites are very tight and so are the turns for big rigs. We watched some struggle to get to their sites. There is no laundry room. Basically it is a parking lot in the downtown area of Custer, SD. A very expensive one. We moved on to a Park elsewhere in the area. Look Around.

This is a small park for a KOA. Sites are very very close together. We only had water and electric. Used the public washrooms and they were immaculate. Kudos to the cleaning staff. Kudos to all the staff. They are very courteous and friendly. I would have given this Park a higher rating except for the fact that they advertise "Free WiFi" and that isn't quite accurate. It is free but most of the time non-existent. Tengo Internet. Says it all. Beware any Park with Tengo Internet and more so if you have to pay for it. It rarely works. I would look around before staying here again. We moved on to Valentine, NE to a small nondescript Park where the Internet was perfect for the four days we stayed there. What is wrong with this picture? Why can't a Park near a large City like Omaha have decent Wi-Fi? Tengo should hang their heads in shame.

Don't be fooled by your first impression of this Park. Doesn't look as neat as perhaps one would expect of a RV Park but everything works and works well. The WiFi is among the very best we have ever experienced on the road. The people running this Park are awesome. Couldn't find nicer more hardworking folk. For that reason alone we will return here and recommend this Park highly. Plus, it is Passport America and price reflects that. $3 charge for a/c or heaters. Internet is free. People make the Park. We would not be in Valentine at this Park if it wasn't for PA. Glad we came.

We would definitely stay at this park anytime we are in Dickinson. Well kept, clean, quiet, and everything in order and orderly. This is a well looked after and managed park. Lots of permanents in this park but they are all attractive and well appointed and looked after. Says something for the management here. Only downer was a somewhat intermittent Internet signal. When it was good it was very very good but when it was bad it just wasn't available to us.

Date of Stay:

They advertise Internet Access online but there's no WiFi or Internet Access from the Site or the Office that we could determine. Very disappointing place. Messy and junk strewn around everywhere. This might be the time of year perhaps(early Spring) but the lady told us she took over 1.5 years ago and a clean-up should have happened by now. The place just looks shoddy and run down. I would not stay here again unless it was just overnight as our stay was this time. Having no Internet Access, in a City like Swift Current, just isn't acceptable in a Campground.

Nice Park. Everything looks good, clean, and cared for. Outside workers work very hard keeping things nice. Office staff are somewhat unhelpful and could use some training in public relations. Hotel buffet is outrageously overpriced at $20/person. Other than that, the RV park itself is a very good place to stay. The rate quoted reflects membership in Passport America.

Date of Stay:

A good park, everything you need for overnight or a much longer stay. Appears to be well cared for, but we only stayed overnight. Close to Mt. Shasta. Impressive sight. WE weren't impressed with the $5 Electricity Surcharge. Overkill. Raise your prices, but don't add surcharges. Irritates people. It equates to raising prices via the back door.

I certainly could not find much to complain about with this RV park. Everything was clean, owner/manager was pleasant, site was big enough, and everything worked. We did not think the permanent park models were run down or sites cluttered. Appearance seemed quite good to us. There appeared to be lots of activities for residents, and although we did not participate, we were made to feel welcome and always invited to attend social occasions in the park. We would stay here again, and the rate quoted is Passport America rate for seven days plus electrical. A good park and well located in Apache Junction.

For short or long-term stays this is one of the nicest smaller parks in Yuma. Mature citrus trees on every space and you can pick your own oranges, grapefruit or lemons every morning. WOW. Grass, no gravel, on every site. Lots of social gathering places and a great Clubhouse with modern laundry and small library. Swimming pool, putting green, Wi-Fi, city water, free cable TV, clean showers and restrooms. The manager of this park is a gem and lives on site. Park is quiet and residents are friendly and make you welcome. In the heart of Yuma. We will definitely stay here again. We've never had a happier time in Yuma and this is our third winter visit to the city but first time at Rolle's Lynda Vista. A Passport America Park! Don't bypass this Park.

Truly a pleasurable oasis along Highway #15. We stayed in the Cottonwood Section and paid Passport America Rate for four days and full rate for the other three weekend days. The price quoted reflects the average per night overall. Sites here in the Cottonwood Section are wide and spacious. The area is clean and beautifully landscaped and well kept. Kudos to those looking after this beautiful park. Bike/walking trail in Park that goes for miles and numerous golf courses with reasonable prices. I would have given this Park a ten except for the fact that the staff are somewhat rigid and officious about certain things. They had a rather strange process for picking a site which they insisted you strictly adhere to. We were scolded for not doing so. Perhaps a few lessons for staff on how to handle incoming Campers hospitably? Other than that I would highly recommend this Park. The Park is quiet except for one barking dog (and owner who seemed to encourage it) and a few trains passing in the distance. The fact that they give four weekdays at Passport America price is just a great bonus. Come, stay at Rancho Jurupa. We certainly will again.

This has to be one of the most pleasant places we've stayed at since leaving Canada in late October. It is a quiet, serene, pretty park with a small lake (not for swimming). Birds aplenty. All amenities available in the City of Watsonville. The back-in sites are easy in and out, and are very adequate for most units. Electric, water and sewer at every site and 30 amp power. Paddle and row boats to rent. Fishing (kids 15 and under no license required). The WiFi has to be the best we've encountered in any RV Park that we've stayed in. Perfect! Great biking in the area. We've been here for one week and we'll definitely stay here again. The people are helpful, friendly and generous. Don't by-pass this one. One in a million.

To say this "Park" is a bit cramped would be an understatement in my opinion. The short term stays are crammed in together all in a row, and we had to back in and out of the road leading to our site as we could not turn around with our truck, and there was no other way out. On either side we looked into the windows of two huge RVs. This "Park" was a great disappointment, and I would find it difficult to refer to it as a park. To exit the place we left early in the morning and backed our truck and travel trailer out of the site and up the exit road inside the campground to get out. I don't know how else we would have exited as we could never have made the corners to exit in the proper direction--not without moving several vehicles and flower pots and not with a 27' Camper and a truck. That said, everything worked well. We had full hook-up, and the people in the office were great. They had a great looking TV & public sitting room, and the laundry worked well and was economical at $1.25/washer. The half barrels of flowers are a lovely touch but so inadequate in the cramped, dismal surroundings. We would never stay here again. Price quoted is Passport America price, and as far as I'm concerned, about double what should be charged for this place. Passport America and Good Sam need to rethink endorsing this campground.
