Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort at Dogwood Valley, Mount Gilead, Ohio

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

This park is very well run. The owners are active and they have continuous activities for the kids. There is a clean pool and 2 well run water slides. The bathrooms near our loop were new and always spotless. There were no separate activity fees, kayak and paddle boats are included in your stay, and there is a honey wagon that will come and pump you out. The lake is Beautiful and there is a Sandy swimming beach. this is truly a great place to unwind and we will be back. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort at Dogwood Valley in a Travel Trailer.

Sara's Campground, Erie, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

Sara's has many level paved sites. It is very clean and they had just paved the campground roads prior to our stay. We camped in a 35' RV and there were limited sites that would hold us. We camped at Sara's Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park at Kozy Rest, Harrisville, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for their Halloween celebration. They had trick-or-treating for the kids and a haunted pavilion. This park always amazes. We camped in the overflow area and our site was level and spacious. We will definitely be back. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park at Kozy Rest in a Travel Trailer.

Grandview Bend Family Campground, Howe, Indiana

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here to sleep. That was it. The site was sloped and I had to put several blocks under the tongue jack. For the money it was worth it. Park was clean and it appeared that there were others that just lay-over in this park. We would stay here again. We camped at Grandview Bend Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Krystal Lake Campground, Vassar, Michigan

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This campground offers a lot of activities. There was a concert the first night we were here and numerous playgrounds for the kids. We camped on a pond and had some interesting neighbors (not the parks fault). It was a little tricky finding our spot as we checked in after dark but the park ranger was helpful. The site was level and we had room to park. We camped at Krystal Lake Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Munising Tourist Park Campground, Munising, Michigan

Date of Stay: August, 2014 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

This park offers an amazing view of Lake Superior. Book EARLY to get a lakeside spot. They have a new bath house that is updated and an "old" one that is worn. They kept the grounds and bathrooms neat and clean. If we are ever back in the UP we will definitely camp here. We camped at Munising Tourist Park Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Wolf's Camping Resort, Knox, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: October, 2013 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

The park was well maintained and we camped on the large field, which was great for our 3 kids that loved playing on the playground(s). The bathrooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. There was a spooky "Haunted" trail that we were not brave enough to hike. Be sure to check out Sharp Shopper for your name brand bargain groceries - it is less than 2 miles from this campground. We will definitely be back. We camped at Wolf's Camping Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Shenango Valley RV Park, Transfer, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $54.00
Overall Rating:

WOW!!! - This campground is amazing. I give this campground a "10" only because there is no "11" on the scale. the sites were level, well kept, and easy to get in and out of. The owners of this park are friendly and have one of the best stocked camp stores of any campground we have ever visited. We camped on the "Lego" weekend and the kids had a blast. there was a Lego building contest with great prizes and a pot luck desert social. There are numerous playgrounds and basketball courts. The pool looked great but was closed for the season on our visit. If you got in late or don't feel like cooking, they have a pizza shop on site that delivers to your site - and it's great pizza! Prepare to be impressed by this campground. We camped at Shenango Valley RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Thousand Trails / Kenisee Lake, Jefferson, Ohio

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

This campground is clean and the sites were gravel and level. They had an ice cream stand and offered many games for kids. The playground was nice and the pool is set apart from the rest of the camp. There are lots of open spaces and a few lakes on property to fish/canoe in. The staff was friendly and helpful. They do not have a camp store so pack carefully or you will wind up at the local grocery/sporting/hardware store. We camped at Thousand Trails / Kenisee Lake in a Travel Trailer.

Paradise Bay Park Family Campground, Findley Lake, New York

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

This was a nice quiet campground. The owner was great and the staff was friendly. They have nice level wooded campsites and they help you back and level your camper even to go as far as loaning extension cords. We rented one of their pontoon boats for a trip around the lake (look out for the weeds). The pool was nice and clean and the dump station was conveniently located next to the exit. We camped at Paradise Bay Park Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Kalyumet Campground, Lucinda, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $46.00
Overall Rating:

Second trip for us to this campground and it has yet to disappoint. The owners are amazing, even assisting with a trailer hitch emergency repair. The weekend we stayed was the annual cardboard and duct tape boat regatta. They had activities planned for kids and offered fire cooked kettle corn in the evening. They have upgraded the playground since our last stay and have everything that you could need including reasonably priced 50' coaxial cables in the camp store. I can't say enough good things about this campground and we will definitely be back. We camped at Kalyumet Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Rocky Springs Campground, Mercer, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $54.00
Overall Rating:

This park is very clean, quite, and well maintained. The pool was nice. They have a great catch and release pond that yielded some 3+ pound large mouths. The sites are well spaced and relatively level and the owners are super nice. I would have rated higher, but they charge an extra $8 per kid over two. This is a little steep for the area and there were limited (hayride) organized activities for children. We will camp here again. We camped at Rocky Springs Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Indian Creek RV & Camping Resort, Geneva, Ohio

Date of Stay: May, 2013 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

Nice campground - this is the largest campground that we have ever stayed in. The staff was helpful and nice. The bathrooms were cleaned 7 times daily. There are 3 playgrounds and they have a lot of activities for children. Level sights and paved patios made for easy set up and take down. The only down side was that the water lines are at the opposite end of the site than the power hook up. This could prove a problem for small units. We will definitely be back. We camped at Indian Creek RV & Camping Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park at Kozy Rest, Harrisville, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $54.00
Overall Rating:

We had one of three kids with the stomach flu during our stay at Kozy Rest-- and it was still one of the best camping weekends we had. They had constant activities, great Wi-Fi, helpful and personable staff, and kids are revered here at this campground. Seasonal campers were extremely friendly and inviting. This is worth every penny spent. My son said it was the best weekend of his life. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park at Kozy Rest in a Travel Trailer.
