Lake City RV Resort (formerly Oaks "N" Pines), Lake City, Florida

Date of Stay: December, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed one night. The owners were super friendly and checked with us several times to see if we needed anything. The bathrooms were clean as were the showers. The bathrooms are a bit dated but clean. We would stay here again. We camped at Lake City RV Resort (formerly Oaks "N" Pines) in a Motorhome.

The RV Resort at Carolina Crossroads, Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina

Date of Stay: August, 2012 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This is a RV resort. Mainly for big rigs. We like to sit out and eat but the next rig was too close. The bathhouse was very clean and the showers were great. They have a pool. No shade anywhere. For an overnight it is great. If you like to stay in your RV then this would be great for you. I gave it a 6 only because they had no shade and I think the sites are too small. We camped at The RV Resort at Carolina Crossroads in a Motorhome.

Gettysburg Campground, Gettysburg, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: August, 2012 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Excellent campground. Clean showers and rest rooms. Lots of shade, however they did have a section called the sunport where there were no trees. We have a dog and they had big grassy area for her to play frisbee. Also, it is very close to the battlefield, approximately 3 miles. Will return on next visit. We camped at Gettysburg Campground in a Motorhome.

Very nice State run campground, sites are big, bathrooms clean, good showers, and dumpsters placed throughout the campground for easy removal of trash. Lake views are terrific. Staff is very friendly. Roads a bit bumpy. We will stay here again. We camped at Tugaloo State Park in a Motorhome.

Mainayr Campground, Stueben, Maine

Date of Stay: August, 2011 - $32.00

This is the worst campground we ever stayed in. The bath rooms were falling down and were filled with spider webs: discussing. We camped at Mainayr Campground in a Motorhome.
