This RV Park was developed by owners who go RVing and it shows. The pads are concrete, long, level and include a patio. The pads are staggered so when sitting on your patio the view isn't of your neighbors RV. The night lights are designed so they do not interfere with star gazing. The landscape is beautiful lawn to the rivers edge. The nice restaurant on the property is another bonus. The owners are on property and very hospitable and want their guests to be comfortable. We spent a week here enjoying the Klamath River running in front of the park, watching Osprey, Blue Heron's plus many other bird species in their natural habitat. The resident horses, Easter and Cowboy, are fun to watch as they munch on the grass and enjoy the freedom of not being in a fenced pen. This was our second visit here and you can count on it not being our last.

We stayed for a week. The roads in the campground are narrow and full of pot holes with tree branches brushing our RV. Our site was level and the utilities worked. This park caters to seasonal guests. There have some daily and weekly sites beside the office. We were in a 40+ foot RV and I did not see another site that we would fit into. I would nor stay in this RV park again.

Date of Stay:

The roads and sites are asphalt. Our site was level. No problems with the hookups. We were in loop 500 and could not get WiFi due to trees. Very quiet during the week with only 3 sites occupied in our loop, Friday and Saturday all sites were occupied with lots of kids playing and people partying. We enjoyed the park and would stay here again.

We opted for a premium site which has a larger site area and cable. Paved roads and grass sites. Our site was level. The hookups are at the back of your rig, water connections are shared 4 to a water source. We ended up moving because the first site we selected we could not reach the water connection using two hose. It rained all night and day while we were there, some standing water around the RV and tow. Noise from I-89 was a problem. Clean park with nice hosts.

Nice park. Roads are a bit tight for a big rig, vehicles parked partially on roads. Hookups worked well, Direct satellite cable which required a rental box hooked up to your TV. Owner hands on and very accommodating.

The campground is awesome. Paved roads and sites, hook ups were perfect. Barbecue and table at our site. Sites are cleaned when vacated. Worth every dollar. We would stay here again.

The roads are paved, sites are grass or gravel. Hook ups were well placed and worked. Sites have a small patio, some have shade. The park was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

This park is a gem. Paved roads and sites. Barbecue and table provided. Hookups are well placed and worked. Large sites, beautiful landscape. Nice stream running along the park and a lake with a walking path. We would stay here again.

First, let me say that this is the only RV Park in the area so they have a captive audience. We were in the big rig back in sites and they are not level. The hook ups are unacceptable. The water is way in the front of the site requiring extra hoses. The sewer is way in the back of the site. In these particular sites there are tent sites at the back of your site, crazy! While we would have fit in some of the sites in the lower numbers, I believe they purposefully place you in the big rig sites so they can charge you more. They also charge an extra $2.50 a day for 50 amp on top of the high cost of the site. I won't stay here again.

This is a nice RV park with long pull throughs. All utilities worked well. The WiFi was new and still being tested, it worked well near the office. The road getting to the park and the roads within the park were no problem for our 43 foot motorhome towing. The owners/managers were very helpful and friendly and checked to make sure everything was good at your site. We would stay here again.

This is a neighborhood park with RV sites. The sites were level; they are not real wide, but the park was not that busy when we were there so it wasn't a problem. We parked our tow in visitor parking. The host was very friendly and helpful. It is convenient to explore the Twin Falls area. No road noise. Great hiking through the canyon along Rock Creek.

Nice level, shaded sites. No road noise from the interstate. Very pleasant/nice/fun owner/host. They had a prime-rib dinner on Friday evening that was great for $19.00. The sites are shaded with cottonwood trees that had already shed the cotton, but it was all over the ground; wouldn't be fun in the spring if you have allergies. Good walking area through the corn fields.

This is a very nice state park with level, clean, sites, helpful camp host, picnic table, and fire pit. Enjoyed the Oregon Trail Interpretive museum within walking distance to the park. Senior rate is half price Monday-Thursday.

We enjoyed our one night at Hi-Desert. Our site was level. We were in the front of the park and could not hear road noise. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We were escorted to our site, and when we notified staff that we needed a tree trimmed so it would not rub on our slide topper they were very responsive and trimmed the tree. We would stay here again.

Nice RV Park along the John Day River. The sites are long and fairly level. Great walking along the river and to town. It was a perfect place to park while seeing the area. We saw deer in the park daily. No host on site but we were able to contact the office by phone when needed. We would stay here again when in the area.
