A really great place for a one night stop over and possibly longer if the park is not crowded. Easy pull through sites and relatively clean throughout.

This is an average park in an urban setting and needs a bit more maintenance. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the park has a good dog walk area.

We have stayed at this park a few times and find it very convenient for access to Denver. It is adjacent to a town park that provides a great dog walking. We plan to stay here again.

We had stayed in the park a few times before for just touch-and-gos under the previous ownership and decided to try a longer stay. The new KOA ownership has made a couple of key improvements and is working on more. The improved WiFi was excellent, and the new cable TV service a very nice addition. There are also great walking loops for people and dogs. The park is clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the park's location near an interstate highway, busy railroad route, and military bombing range. Despite that, we think this is one of the better parks we have stayed in and appreciate the changes the new ownership has made. We would certainly stay here again.

We stayed for one night on our travel home. Really nice sites separated by trees, and lots of space to walk our dogs. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The park is located right next to the Interstate, so the noise was a bit much until it died off later at night. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

This was our second stay here. The park is very quiet at night, despite its location in an urban area. A town park is adjacent that makes for a great place to walk dogs, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only minor negative is that the grounds are not as picked up as they could be, with scraps of trash here and there. Otherwise, it's one of the best urban parks, and we would definitely stay here again.

This was our first visit here and stayed for six night. The setting is one of the most scenic we have ever seen. The park owners are very friendly and helpful, and the park is very well maintained. It is a very dog friendly park with a great loop for walking them. Overall, one of the best parks we have stayed at.

A really great park for one night this time of year despite the heat, or any time of year. It's away from town with very large sites and lots of privacy, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great places to walk the dogs, too. The free Internet service was good but slow at times. Our only complaint was the lack of cable TV. We'd easily stay here again.

A great spot for a one nighter this time of year. The park is located just outside of town with easy access from I-40. It has lots of privacy, spacious sites, and friendly staff. Our only complaint is that they use a private company for their on-site Internet service that charges $2.95 per 24 hours.

This is a very good park for a one night stay if you are passing through the area or longer if you want to enjoy the reservoir. The sites are a bit tight and the park feels a little crowded, but the new, very friendly owners are trying to make the best of what they now own. Cell phone service should improve with a new wireless tower across the lake. The internet service, which was spotty, will hopefully improve as well.

A simple, rustic campground with all the basics in a very beautiful setting. The sites are on a bit of slope, requiring some leveling of our rig. We stayed here for one night on our way through the area.

This is a very basic park, nothing fancy. Gravel sites, cement bathrooms and showers, and all hooks ups, though the 30 amp service did not work at our site, but the 20 amp sufficed. They only have one washer and dryer, both of which are expensive and the latter not very effective. The highway noise would have been bothersome had it not been for the intense rain all night.

A nice clean, well maintained park with very friendly and helpful owners. It sits adjacent to the Alsea River with a nice dog walk down to the river. It is a couple of miles out of town so it was quiet but easily accessed Hwy 101. All the utilities worked well, bathrooms and laundry were clean, and the sites were roomy. We would stay here again.

Great location for our area sightseeing. The staff was very friendly, and there are good areas for dog walks. Our only minor complaints were expensive laundry machines and narrow pads, so it can be a bit wet or muddy around your site after it rains, which it does frequently. We would, however, stay here again, as it is the most spacious park we saw in the area.

Well maintained park with spacious sites and concrete pads. It has lots of grassy areas that created a nice ambience. Easy walk to the Evergreen Air and Space Museum. We'd stay here again.
