We stayed a here a month. This park has a beautiful location. However, clean and well maintained are not words to describe it. Neglected, overgrown and dirty are more appropriate. The bathrooms were hit or miss as to whether they were clean. The laundry machines are newer, but are not wiped down like in other campgrounds / parks. Their website claims 4 Ws from Woodalls, but Woodalls doesn't list them. Given the amount of sucker growth on the trees and the amount of weeds, it has been several years since the 4W rating was granted. We could barely get our awning out due to growth low on a tree. We couldn't fully park in our site because of sucker growth from an old stump. The park has such potential, but it is being allowed to deteriorate. A pruning saw, weed wackier and bucket of hot soapy water would go a long way to improving the park. I would not list this park as big rig friendly. Our 5th wheel is 34' and we felt squeezed. As others have stated the sites are packed close and every which way in an attempt to get as many as possible. There are lots of shade trees and a lovely stream. They do provide lots of dog poo bags. The adjacent county road is good for long dog walks and the locals were courteous to me and the dogs. We will not stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a bit tricky to find the correct road to turn on, but we managed just fine. When leaving, it would be very difficult to make a left turn across the divided highway. The traffic from the right is coming uphill and around a corner. We fortunately turned right. The Wi-Fi worked, but was a bit slow during peak user hours. We had excellent TV antennae reception. We had a 50amp water/electric site so needed to dump at the end of the week. The dump station was tight in and out. The bathrooms, though outdated, were very clean. I walked our dogs in the adjacent field (look out for cows and snakes). We would stay here again.

We stayed here for a month. They do offer a discount if you pay in cash. The park has large shade trees and grassy sites. The Wi-Fi worked well for us and we had good Verizon cell reception. The dog walk is outside the fence along the county road. The road sees very little traffic and is a great place for long dog walks. The owners are friendly and they work hard to make the park pleasant. They also offer a horse hotel. The pens were clean the barn well kept. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for two weeks. The facilities are clean and the staff very friendly. The gravel pull through sites were level and each had a medium (will be larger someday) shade trees. This park is however, right on the road. Our site was along the road and fairly noisy. The tent area is grassy and shaded and away from the road. The Wi-Fi was weak at our site and slow during peak user hours. We may stay here again when in the area.

Our rate is for a monthly stay. This is a very basic place to park your RV and enjoy the surrounding mountains. There is not a bathroom or laundry facility. This park is gravel. There are some shade trees and little grass under them. There is not any delineation between sites besides the hookup station. The park is quiet and clean. It is easy access from highway 89, but there is not a sign for the park on the highway. The dog area is just across the road to a vacant lot/rodeo grounds. The nearby quiet streets are good for long dog walks. Many of the occupants are full time residents, but all sites are without clutter. The owner is friendly and chatty. The camp host is welcoming and friendly. We would stay here again. WiFi is available from the camp host, but we had difficulties connecting so we used our phones.

This park is easy access from highway 50 and not far from the intersection of highways 50/93/6 93. It is clean and tidy. The facilities are very clean. There is a grassy dog area and fenced dirt dog area. The adjacent property is vacant with some trails for a longer dog stroll. The sites and roads are gravel which we suspect may become dusty during dry times. Each site has shade trees and picnic table. The tent area looks nice. It is an excellent and quiet overnight stay. We would stay here again when traveling through. The WiFi worked well.

The rate reflects our monthly stay. This is an older and outdated park, but it is tidy, clean and quiet. The sites and roads are paved and each site has a concrete patio with a picnic table. The dog area is a nice grassy area with large trees. They supply bags. There is also a fish cleaning station. The wifi was good. We will stay here again next spring.

We stayed for a month in a standard site. This park is clean and very well maintained by courteous and friendly staff. The hot tub and pool were clean and a nice treat after a long day in the desert. We appreciated the 24-hour security. The pets are only allowed to pee/poo in designated areas. While this may be bit of an inconvenient, it keeps pets from doing their duty in sites. Clean up tools are provided. We would stay here again.

Price paid reflects the monthly rate. This park is easy access to and from the freeway, but the highway noise isn't a factor. There is good Wi-Fi. The park, laundry and bathrooms are clean. The adjacent property and the path along the Santa Cruz river are excellent for long dog walks. The whole park is gravel and it can be tight at times, but we enjoy the location, staff and other residents. The sites are too short to park the truck and trailer, but our site was wide enough to park the truck next to the trailer. We would stay here again.

This park has very good access to and from the freeway, but it is adjacent to the frontage road so there is road noise. The sound barrier wall really does help reduce the noise. The internal roads are paved and each site has a concrete patio, paved parking pad and picnic table. The park and facilities are clean. We had excellent help backing into our site. However, we were along the sound barrier wall so it was a bit tight in and out. Plus it was noisy. The adjacent vacant land and walk along the Santa Cruz river is good for dog walking. We probably wouldn't stay here again.

This park offers easy access from I-10 making is an excellent stop for the night. The sites are all pull through and each has a tree and picnic table. The roads and sites are gravel, but everyone drives slow to not cause dust. The Wi-Fi was very good. The park is behind a motel and quiet considering how close it is to the freeway. We stayed here two nights using the Passport America discount. It is not worth the full price. While walking the dogs it appears that very few folks pick up the waste. In the back are permanent residents that keep less than a tidy place. We probably won't stay here again unless it is just for a night.

Date of Stay:

The park is clean, the laundry is clean, the restrooms and showers are clean. The internal roads are paved or chip-seal surface. Our pull through site was long enough for the trailer and truck. However, the site was very narrow. Our slide was no more than 3 feet from that of our neighbors. There is plenty of internal road for dog walking plus a fenced off leash area. The staff was friendly as were the other park users. We were only here 3 days so the site width wasn't an issue. If we were to return for a longer stay we would try to get one of the 'remodeled' sites along the back which are wider. We would stay here again.

This is a clean and quiet park with cement roads, pads and patios. Each site is a pull through with a picnic table and patio. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice treat. There is a field at the back of the park with a mowed path for dog walking. We would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

The park is clean and well kept with all gravel roads and sites. The sites were of average size and there was landscaping between sites to give a sense of space and privacy. We were a bit wary on the drive in as the park is located in and industrial dock area. However, the park is safe and clean. The shuttle to the French Quarter provided a safe and worry free day of site seeing. We would stay here again.
