Park itself is in excellent shape. Good roads and no tight turns. You will hear some highway noise, but not unbearable. My Verizon signal was very weak at my site. The free Wi-Fi signal was very good though. Clean laundry room ($1.50 for washer & $1.75 for dryer). Staff very friendly and helpful. My rate was based on weekly rate and I was in executive section (adult section).

My rate is based on a weekly rate. Just an okay campground. I thought the spaces were a little tight and speeding vehicles through the campground was an issue. You will pick up some highway traffic noise, but it's not that bad. Access is pretty easy from I-35. This campground is like a lot of others who call themselves a "resort", it's in name only, not really a resort.

My rate was based on the weekly rate. Nice, clean campground. I had a nice long pull through site. There appeared to be some long term workers staying, but it was very quiet and had no issues.

Nice campground. Love the free washer & dryer. My only negative for this campground was that it's too far from everything. A positive from being away from things is that it's extremely quiet, but I need to be closer to things.

Loved the location being right on the river. It was entertaining to watch all the barge traffic. Wi-fi signal was a little weak, but better than some places I've stayed. Good water pressure and the sites have some elbow room. A picnic table is provided at each site. There is good satellite reception. My only complaint would be that the interior roads need some more gravel. Very dusty for your motorhome and toad. The nightly rate was based on a Good Sam discount. I would stay at this campground again.

Small campsites and extremely unleveled sand. Roads are pretty tight when attempting to entry/exit your campsite. Wifi totally useless, unless you want to use it around 3:00 am. The sand gets into everything and when the wind comes up (and it will) it's not a pleasant place to be. On the positive the pools were nice. I would not stay here again.

This was the second year in a row that I had stayed at this park. Enjoyed it the first year, but this year it just felt old and slightly rundown. Was placed in a tight campsite with not much elbow room. I believe it's slightly overpriced for it's condition.

I overnight here. Once you get to the campground, the sites are spacious and suited the purpose. Typical KOA campground in that they are overpriced.

First time staying at this campground. The roads and campsites were easy to maneuver into. Pretty good elbow room as well. The location of the campsite is not the greatest, but security was excellent with lot's of uniformed personnel monitoring the site. I thought the rates were a little high, my rate was based on a two week stay.

Nice, clean smaller park. Most of the sites are pull throughs and have good space. I had no problems with my big rig that was towing. Good Wi-Fi and excellent cable TV channel choices. Wide open so satellite is not a problem. Located off I-65 so you hear a faint traffic noise, but not a problem. There also is a train track close by, but for the most part the trains are quiet. Excellent spot for an overnight stop. My rate was based on a weekly rate. I would stay again, if in the area.

Clean park with wide pull throughs available. I had no trouble with my big rig that was towing. Wi-Fi signal was a little weak and definitely slowed down during high demand. Lot's of trees (had to have them trim some branches that intruded into campsite), but still open enough for satellite signal. My rate was based on a weekly rate.

Easy campground to maneuver for big rig towing. Great Wi-Fi, strong signal throughout camp. Next to river. They have a few pull through sites, but the majority are back ins. Pads are gravel, but level. My nightly rate was based on Passport America rate. I would stay again if in the area.

The location is excellent, but overpriced. You get hit with a $3.00 daily resort fee, $4.00 daily electric fee and the local and state taxes are high. The WiFi would not work inside or beside the motorhome, I had to go to the end of my campsite for a signal. The office staff were rude and did not appear to enjoy their job. The trees need to be trimmed as you brush against them while traversing in the motorhome. Roadways are pretty tight, so you need to watch your driving. If it had not been for the location, I would not have rated this campground as high as I did.

The strong points of this campground are that the grounds and facilities are kept very clean. The WiFi signal is excellent. The pool is large and clean. The negatives would be the highway noise as I-95 is next to it and the sites are tight for a big rig with toad. I completely filled up my site and I was checking a little into the road. I noticed that with all the big rigs that were towing. Some of the access roads are a little tight. My rate is based on a week stay.

I stayed in new section and site was large. They are building a new clubhouse, but who knows when it will be completed. The laundry room is a disaster, as well as small & busy. The location was good for access to shopping. My sense of this campground is that it is being run on a shoe string budget. The front office staff was pretty rude and not at all helpful. My rate was based on a one week stay.
