Snowy Peaks RV Park, Buena Vista, Colorado

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice campground with friendly and helpful staff. The sites are spacious, not huge, but plenty of length and width and space between sites. The view is breath taking. The campground is well cared for and the owner is on site and even picked and sang for us at the campfire. We had reservations for a week but stayed longer. This park was very comfortable for us and we were made to feel welcome. We camped at Snowy Peaks RV Park in a Motorhome.

Cajun RV Park, Biloxi, Mississippi

Date of Stay: October, 2008 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

This park is just now re-opening after Katrina hurricane. The park is just across hwy 90 from the beach. The location is great. BUT, the park is not completed yet. When completed, this park will be most desireable. The owners are installing all new plumbing and electric. The sites are very spacious. The only reason for the mid range rating is due to the park not being completed. We camped at Cajun RV Park in a Motorhome.

Albuquerque Central KOA, Albuquerque, New Mexico

Date of Stay: October, 2005 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

The park was very well kept, however the sites were very close together. I had to back out of a pull through site because there was not enough room between rigs to turn out. Found it odd that a park such as this does not have cable tv. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I felt the $55 rate, because of the balloon festival, to be a rip off as many others did. There were many empty sites our entire stay. We camped at Albuquerque Central KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very clean park very well run by the owners. The sites are very large and big-rig friendly. They now have free wi-fi but is weak or unusable from the sites further from the office. We camped at Denton Ferry RV Park & Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Cooper Creek Campground, Branson, Missouri

Date of Stay: May, 2005 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

We stay at this park every May and September and it is a very nice park. The owner and managers are very hospitable. This park has a boat dock and boats for rent. The fishing is great. There are a few sites, as at most parks, that are a bit hard to get into but once in the site, there is plenty of room on both sides. This park is very convenient to "the strip". We have made many friends here that come back year after year. We camped at Cooper Creek Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
