We found this park while heading home to the Bay Area. We pulled in after 6pm, but the manager was still there. She is awesome! She was very friendly and accommodating. The price include a Good Sam discount. The park is clean, quite, and well kept. The restrooms are locked so you need a password to get in. They are very nice. There is gas, groceries and food in walking distance. The Wi-fi is excellent with a very strong signal. You get 30 minutes free. If you want to use the Internet longer than that, it will cost you 4.00 a day. It is well worth it!! There is no Cable, but you get very good reception if you have an antenna on your motorhome. The park also has a nice little pool. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised as to the services and amenities offered at this little park next to I-5. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone needing a nice place for a stop over.

This RV park is nice. The staff is friendly and the grounds are clean and well kept. You cannot see or hear the ocean from the park. The beach is about a 1/2 mile walk down a sandy trail. I took my dog down to the beach which was nice. The cable TV and Wi-Fi was excellent. The site itself was level and had a little table and BBQ and there are some shrubs between the sites for privacy. The only negative is the highway noise. It is a little pricey, but I would stay here again.

This is a small, beautiful RV park located in a heavily wooded area in the Santa Cruz mountains. The on-site manager is wonderful! The park use to be for private members only, but is now open to the public. The park is very clean and quiet and very close to the city of Felton and the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz. It is located right next to a beautiful river. The restrooms are very nice and secure. You have to have a pass code to get in. The cable and Wi-Fi worked great. I highly recommend this park.
