The campground is clean and has many activities for families. One side of the campground has full hookups. The other side has water and electricity only. We camped on the side without full hookups. We were able to get a 50% discount from the full rate of $26 because of our membership in a camping group. The biggest drawback was the lack of a hard surface at the camp site. Our site was a shady, grass covered surface which included a picnic table and fire ring. I do not know if the side with full hookups has gravel or paved pads.

This campground had easy access to the highway. The manager was extremely helpful in offering a power tool to fix a broken bicycle rack on our camper. A large storm was expected, and she offered her office as a place of shelter during the night if we desired to go there. We didn't use the restroom/shower facilities, but saw that they were clean and seemed new. The laundry facilities were very clean and seemed new. The only disappointment that we had was that although they participate in a discount camping program that we have membership in, they did not honor that discount during the month we were there. A clearly posted sign and their web site stated such, so we knew that before we agreed to stay.

This is a brand new park with easy access to I-35. The staff was very helpful. The bath/shower was very clean but there was only one bath/shower facility for all campers. (I think they plan to add more in time) We will camp here again. We were able to use a membership discount for a much cheaper rate.
