Wanted to make a reservation for the $83 / night site (2 sites and one cabin) as I was making the reservations for family. Received call that reservations cannot be made on one credit card for multiple sites and the woman on the phone was very frustrated with me and said that she "was working from home" and was very frustrated. We ended the call with the understanding that they would let the policy slide this time but that they needed a full accurate count of adults / kids for each site. I emailed this and received a short return e-mail stating that they needed "much more" information for each of the site reservations including names / phone #s for each person. The reservation policies are draconian and I canceled my reservation for all 3 sites. I hope they go out of business. Their customer service is horrible and they don't care because they know some poor sap will pay $83 / night during peak season regardless. Bottom line is they know they have demand for the sites and they simply don't care about the little things. I also had a bad experience with a KOA up in Bar Harbor Maine as well. Bottom line is that KOA is just a cookie-cutter franchise and in the prime locations they know that they can overcharge and they don't care. I'm never staying at a KOA again.

This is the only campground I've stayed at that knows how to do things right. Everything from the reservations to cleanliness, to you name it, they do it right. The only bad thing is that I compare every other RV park / campground to this one. This place knows what people want and they deliver consistently. Wish there were more like it.
