This RV park is easy to get in and out of, long pull through sites. We came for a month, so the price Is listed was for the 365/month, electric included! This is a beautiful park right off the Natches trace, has laundry ($1.00 wash $1.00 dry full size machines), has a couple of bathrooms and shower (have not used, but were clean). The owners are gem's and easy to get along with. The park is constantly maintained and all the folks are family. I have never felt safer, and the park is quiet. I could live here forever. Fire ring in community area only.

The rate I am quoting is the monthly rate of $425, electric not included. I am enjoying my stay at this park. It is an older park that is under new management this last year, and they are fixing up the park and making it a lot nicer. If you are making a reservation, call after 2 PM. Nice size lots, old but well up-kept facilities, free cable, mail box available through local post office (on site boxes). The only drawback is it is two miles from Orlando International, and Boggy Creek air boat rides are here. So a little noisy, but still the best campground in the area. LOTS of bird life, and a very nice staff. My tire actually fell off (broke lug nuts), and the staff helped me get it fixed well enough to get it in to my spot. I can see how folks could come here and never leave.

The rate I quoted is the monthly summer rate. Winter is more expensive. This is perhaps the best kept campground I have ever stayed in. Beautiful landscaping, 2 pools, club house, shuffle board and a tiny playground. Mail boxes available, showers and bathrooms. Not shady, but certainly nice. Has the resort feel. Nine miles from Animal Kingdom. Nice staff too. Quiet (in the summer). I would stay here again.

With a former military discount, which I tremendously appreciate, I was pleased to find that $24 a night included sewer! The folks in the office were friendly and helpful. The sites are GRASS, and nice and big. I would stay here again. Quiet and peaceful.

I loved camping at Calico!! The ghost town (complimentary admission with camping) was excellent! Everyone who worked there was friendly. It was kind of cool as I went to the gate, they let me pick out my site and came by later so I could pay. If you have never been here, I would put it on my destination list.

What a wonderful getaway spot. Just 8 miles from Sequoia National Forest (call ahead before going, we had to go back and get chains for snow). Close to Diesel at Shell station too! Nice staff, made me feel like family. I would love to stay and stay. Note, only AT&T devices work in the area! (plus since I don't have AT&T) ha ha

Came to the area to work a contract, from Florida, thought we would stay a couple weeks but just cant leave! We love the staff, helpful, friendly and the park is secure. Need gate pass, Veterans free. Bath house is not heated, but moved to a sewer site once it got too cold. Seems like everyone else who is staying here for more than a weekend is rich, retired, or both! Hoping to keep contract work going, have been here 5 months and want to stay forever!
