Johnson Creek RV Resort & Park, Kerrville, Texas

Date of Stay: February, 2006 - $16.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful new park located in a pecan orchard; each space has lots of room. Has concrete roads and pads, great club house with fireplace and pool table, and has nice friendly people there giving it a homestyle atmosphere. Is a Passport America member. Take exit 488 or 490 off of I10 for best access. Will stay here again if we are in this area. We camped at Johnson Creek RV Resort & Park in a Motorhome.

Fort Wilderness Campground & RV Park, Whittier, North Carolina

Date of Stay: September, 2005 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is the worst park we have ever visited in all of our travels. The cable had no reception (which you have to pay extra for), and the manager was hateful about fixing it which he never did. The park is very unkept, has terrible access, and unlike all the other North Carolina parks is extremely unfriendly. To sum it up avoid this park. We camped at Fort Wilderness Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.
