I stayed here for 8 months and this price reflects that. It is a really good location to downtown via back roads to avoid traffic on 5. Close to Vancouver WA which is a real nice city plenty to do. I love to ride my bike and there are several great trails right at your fingertips. The Columbia river is at your backdoor. Only complaint is the road traffic and sometimes airplanes. Although the spaces are paved, they still are a bit off of level. Easy hookups and the newer sites in back are protected water lines. Plenty of room to pull out the slides.

Like the other reviews said, they have tight overflow nightly spots on a blacktop parking lot style. I did not check here before booking this place and should have. Nice host but the real problem was the train that ran next to the lot on a Friday night starting from 10 PM to at least 3 AM every hour. I just need a place to rest before continuing my journey.Boy was I tired the next day. Not recommended unless you're a heavy sleeper.10% good sam's discount

This is the premiere place to RV if you're in central coast wine country. Great spacious park and there are a ton of motor homes here. We stayed for 5 nights and wanted to take advantage of the wineries around us. The facility has 2 club houses and there were a few RV groups taking advantage of them in meetings and meals/banquets. The staff here couldn't have been nicer. They offer several FREE wine tasting cards and quick to recommend places to stop by. They were having a free wine tasting at the park on Friday with cheese and crackers. Saturday they hosted an event at a winery with 12 wineries pouring. Sunday was a BBQ dinner and band. The Sat and Sun was a customer appreciation. Premiere sites had cement pads, while basic sites had decomposed granite which was compacted and level. Easy access and plenty of atmosphere. Wi-Fi was a bit weak even as we were close to the repeater. Weather was in the high 60's and low 70's which made for a wonderful stay. We can not wait to return.

Easy to find but hard to pull through the very small entrance gate. Campground was easy to find once inside but the map they give you doesn't identify the “spot” you have to drive around until you find yours. Seemed like there were a lot of tents in the "RV" campgrounds. When I called for reservations (a $9 fee for reservations?) they claimed you needed to go down the road to the camping sites for tents. Some pads were to hard to back into. Plenty of space around you with fire pit and table. Good views of the lake. Cool breeze off the lake in August was nice and cool evenings. Keep your lights off in your RV because there are a TON of gnats out. They will even get through your screens. Seemed like everyone had a dog and no one picks up after them, which is a shame. Most people observed quite time and you would see an occasional ranger drive around during the day. Overall visit positive and will return again.

I love this place. When I bought my first 5th wheel, I took it here only 25 miles from home and they helped me out on some tricks and how to hook up. I just bought a new RV and decided to come here again. The other campers are always friendly. VERY clean and great location for bike riding through Napa Valley. I wanted to stay a 3rd day and they let me hang around until all reservations were confirmed, unfortunately, no cancellations. I'll be back!

This was my first time pulling a 5th wheel anywhere. My wife and I wanted someplace close to home to try it out. We were met by a very friendly gentleman who showed us how to do our hook ups and give us some advice on camping. Very quite and the weather was perfect.
