Sand Hollow State Park, Hurricane, Utah

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

A very nice state park with new paved roads and camp sites. All sites have 30/50 amp power and water. Very spacious sites all along a hill side. Very clean and modern state park that can handle big rigs. Mostly pull thurs with some back in sites. Only disadvantage to some of the pull thrus is your door has to open to the road. Some staff members are young and inexperienced, but a very helpful camp host. We camped at Sand Hollow State Park in a Motorhome.

Kodachrome Basin State Park, Cannonville, Utah

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

A small state park with plenty of beautiful mountains. All roads newly paved with power and water, some are full hook ups. Some sites are small for smaller campers and several cabins for rent. Only a few sites for big rigs so be careful with large coaches. Park staff very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. We camped at Kodachrome Basin State Park in a Motorhome.

Geronimo RV Resort, Destin, Florida

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

Park is clean, quite and small with 29 sites and some pull thru. Pads are cement and narrow with a patio, WIFI, no table, no pool, no garbage pick up and no shuttle to beaches. Staff is friendly and helpful. Looks like a couple full time residents. We camped at Geronimo RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Hungry Mother State Park, Marion, Virginia

Date of Stay: October, 2014 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

We camped at Camp Burson, which is before the entrance to Hungry Mother State Park. The section with full hooks is old and narrow and very difficult to park a big rig in. The newer section only has water and electric. Park is very clean. We camped at Hungry Mother State Park in a Motorhome.

This is a very busy and noisy park. Lots of construction going on next door with eighteen wheeler parking close by with there engines running all night. The rate is to high with no sewer and one dump station. Someone before us did not clean up after there pet. I will not stay here again. We camped at L'auberge Du Lac Casino (Closed) in a Motorhome.

Timberlake Campground, Brandon, Mississippi

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This park is in a great location. Most of the water front is taken by monthly renters. Some of the nightly rental pads are being upgraded. This park is well maintained and the bath house I used was fairly clean. We camped at Timberlake Campground in a Motorhome.
