Park is well designed with plenty of room between sites. Lots of green grass, and trees for shade. Hiking trail to fishing pond. Day use for picnic and get together. Need to stop and judge for yourself. Lots of things to see and do, just ask the Ranger or Camp Host.

Could not ask for a better park. Hot showers and clean restrooms. Firewood sold along with ice. One pull through site as you enter the park. Don't show up too late because the park might be full, and if the park is full you may stay at the over flow. You need to reserve the teepees because they are always rented.

Down side to this park is trains running at night and early morning. Too many long term campers with personal items around trailer or motorhome. The plus is wonderful personnel to take care of you. Those areas that are short term campers, are very nice. Will spend time at this campground.

You will need to stay at this park if you travel us 26. Shaded camp sites and nice and private. Well maintained and lots of hot water for showering. Large day use park for get togethers. We use this park when going to the Oregon Coast. Their are a lot of mosquitoes so bring your bug spray. You will like this park.

A campground to stay at. Had a family reunion there for a week. Great location to go to Jackson, Yellowstone Park, Masa Falls, Float Trips and Horse back riding. Side by Side spaces, lots of shade. You need to call to make sure of reservations. Excellent camp host and a excellent owner, they will go out of there way to make sure you have a good time. Make sure you have enough food because the nearest food is Alpine Wy. 21 miles away, but it is a pretty drive along Palisades Reservoir.

Catherine Creek State Park is a nice and well maintained Campground. It has good spacing between sites, 2 pull throughs and 17 back-ins. There are 2 hiking trails and a lot of roads to check out. They work hard to make your stay enjoyable. No cell phone service at the park but if you drive to mile post 4 and park by the library you can get wifi. This was our second year at Catherine Creek State Park.
