Moon River RV Resort, Mohave Valley, Arizona

Date of Stay: February, 2016 - $380.00
Overall Rating:

We spent the month of November at site 59 a pull through. This park has good shade to park in, a swimming pool that is not heated, the sites are close together and parking is limited, you need to get a filter for your water because the water has a bad taste to it, not happy with the mail set up because it is open to all, they do have a good laundary room, nicely stocked store items for basic needs. will not be returning. We camped at Moon River RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Yo, Kingman are close to Avi Casino, Oatman, Bullhead City, Laughlin and many other sites and yes you can drive to Las Vegas in a hour and half but slow down for Search light because it is a speed trap.

Crossroads RV Park (formerly Blackstone RV Park), Mohave Valley, Arizona

Date of Stay: December, 2015 - $300.00
Overall Rating:

We are now snow birds and found this park after staying a Moon River RV Resort just 4 miles west of Crossroads RV Park. We have already paid for November 2016. Now for the positives about this park, paved roads to your sites, concrete pads for you to put up your barbeque and chairs, room on the other side of pads to park extra vehicles, people that enjoy meeting and doing things with, office personal friendly and willing to help.
The only things that might be a negative is no trees for shade, wifi can be iffy depending on location but park is working on fixing this problem. you need to see this park and you are only five miles from gas and stores. We camped at Crossroads RV Park (formerly Blackstone RV Park) in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

The town of Oatman 10 miles east of Crossroads on old route 66 then you can travel Route 66 to Kingman with a lot of history. Jet boat ride on the Colorado River from Laughlin Nevada to the London Bridge at Lake Havasu City Arizona. Grape Vine 9 miles West of Laughlin to Christmas Tree Pass where you can see indian markings. Depending on what you want to do and see it is up to you.

If you like wine tasting you found it only minutes away and cute down town area called McMinnville. I have a 37' Class A. We camped at Olde Stone Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage, Florence, Oregon

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

We spent three days at this park in a 37 ft coach. friendly and helpful as about places to see. Park has level concrete pads and surface good room for slides which we have three. Three washers which are $2.00 and three dryers which is $1.50. only negative was the lack of grass for pets to use. Pet walk area is pea gravel which makes it tough to navigate on. Would stay again when and if we return. We camped at Pacific Pines RV Park & Storage in a Motorhome.

Side by side sites, host was very good on assigning you site as long as there was a space open did not place a camper nest to you. Is a quiet campground locater north of town. Spent two days at campground. Need to pay by check or cash does not take credit or debt card. Has a large area for family reunions cabins available. Would stay there again. We camped at King's Riverbend Park in a Motorhome.

Cedar Creek RV Park, Montrose, Colorado

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

Was a nice park to stay at. The host there was very helpful but the site that was assigned for us was full on arrival the trailer left one and a half after check out time.

The only down side for this park is the power supply, the 50amp is not available for all sites so even if our reunion asked to be together 6 months early there were not two 50amp together so when arrived they were in different sites. We camped at Cedar Creek RV Park in a Motorhome.

Clyde Holliday State Recreation Site, Mt Vernon, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2014 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

Could not ask for a better park. Hot showers and clean restrooms. Firewood sold along with ice. One pull through site as you enter the park. Don't show up too late because the park might be full, and if the park is full you may stay at the over flow. You need to reserve the teepees because they are always rented. We camped at Clyde Holliday State Recreation Site in a Motorhome.

Outback RV Park, Rochester, Washington

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Down side to this park is trains running at night and early morning. Too many long term campers with personal items around trailer or motorhome. The plus is wonderful personnel to take care of you. Those areas that are short term campers, are very nice. Will spend time at this campground. We camped at Outback RV Park in a Motorhome.

Palisades RV Park, Palisades, Idaho

Date of Stay: July, 2011 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

A campground to stay at. Had a family reunion there for a week. Great location to go to Jackson, Yellowstone Park, Masa Falls, Float Trips and Horse back riding. Side by Side spaces, lots of shade. You need to call to make sure of reservations. Excellent camp host and a excellent owner, they will go out of there way to make sure you have a good time. Make sure you have enough food because the nearest food is Alpine Wy. 21 miles away, but it is a pretty drive along Palisades Reservoir. We camped at Palisades RV Park in a Motorhome.
