This RV park was recommended and we, in tern, highly recommend it. If you love potlucks and puzzles cards and playing pool and a general good time, this is the place to be. The clubhouse is available to anyone who's in the mood to cook and much of the supplies are furnished by the camp owners. The park is kept very clean, ie: the washrooms, laundromat, clubhouse, showers and grounds. Has a beautiful pond and the park is pet friendly. The owners, who also live on the property, are very kind and generous to their customers. The seasonals and month-to-months are very welcoming to new arrivals. Even a Grinch would be happy here! The area around the park offers beach walks. Pelicans and dolphins can be seen when the fishing boats come in. For readers, there is free membership at the library just minutes from the park. There are a variety of restaurants are available. We had real fries at Josie's. Local shopping is in town. Major shopping about 25 minutes away. The monthly rate $225.00 plus electric. This will be on our favorites list.

Here is another park we have been staying at since 2007. Small park but very friendly, very helpful and caring staff and we have made lots of Canadian and US friends there over the last years. Facilities are well maintained and clean the view is of the Bay and there is a pier for walking to the shoreline. Lots of Major stores near ( between 5 to 15mins ) but still has the country feel. Clubhouse features potlucks and Saturday Breakfasts also truck races, crafts, cards, puzzles, and some workout equipment. The lots are in cement and they have grass and gravel sites too. We paid $285.00 for grass and gravel plus electric, a great place to get away from those large hustle and bustle RV parks. We will be back for next winter season.

We have been going to Breeze Lake since 2007 as one our monthly and even one year 3 month stop. This park has had new owners since last year and have added new facilities. Has a new clubhouse which is much bigger than the old one. Has a new laundry room, bigger and better. We like the fact that they built the lots between the trees (pines and palms) so shade and sun can be had. There is a very good committee for activities and potlucks and events are always planned for the guests. The lots are spaced and the park is very well maintained. Cable TV and WiFi are free. We have made lots of friends here over the years since many people return year after year. There are Canadian wintertexans too. It is still on our top list of parks for Brownsville.
