Southwick Acres Campground, Southwick, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This place was poorly maintained. The restrooms are filthy. The roads are full of large potholes. There are a lot of trees overhanging the road. Very dusty as some of the perm. campers "keep the road hot" constantly driving to the trash can etc. It is very overpriced for the money. Take my advice and keep going! We camped at Southwick Acres Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Charlotte / Fort Mill KOA, Fort Mill, South Carolina

Date of Stay: March, 2011 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here over the winter. It was reasonably quiet, although it was off season. We were actually in the Lazy Days section for long term campers. The sites are very small in this area. You can hear your neighbors snore. They won't pick up your trash although they do for the main campground. They charge late fees if you pay your rent or electric ONE day late. We did not have any safety issues here. Sometimes the cops showed up down at the bar by the office. This was a fairly decent place to stay but became very over-crowded as people came in the spring. Don't ask for anything extra because they will tell you that they will (help) but they never do anything that you ask. The staff was not very friendly. A lot of contractors stay here that leave ladders, shingles, cardboard boxes, plywood and other building materials outside. Some sites were a real eyesore. We camped at Charlotte / Fort Mill KOA in a Travel Trailer.
