Cotton Lane RV & Golf Resort (55+ park), Goodyear, Arizona

Date of Stay: March, 2014 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Utilities and hookups were in the proper area and worked well. Spaces are large gravel areas that are level. There is really no shade around the RV spots at this park. We camped at Cotton Lane RV & Golf Resort (55+ park) in a Motorhome.

Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve, Santee, California

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Park is clean with sites that are fairly close to each other. Utilities were placed correctly and worked fine. Park is about 25 minutes from downtown San Diego. Most big box stores are located within about 5 to 10 minutes from the park. My biggest problem is 14 days at $45.00 is pretty expense for a park like this. The other problem is ants are everywhere. Every camper near us had put some kind of ant control around their unit. We camped at Santee Lakes Recreation Preserve in a Motorhome.

Anaheim RV Park, Anaheim, California

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $79.00
Overall Rating:

Overall this park is a gem. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Sites are level with the utilities placed properly. Park is very clean and well maintained. The dog park is not fenced but is a large grassy area that is very nice. In my opinion it's a little to expensive. We camped at Anaheim RV Park in a Motorhome.

Mountain View RV Park, Santa Paula, California

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Park is tight for large rigs. Site was level with utilities located in the right spot. If you have slides it's hard to sit beside your rig in the middle area. Ants are all over in this park because it was once an orchard. In 48 hours we had them in our coach--bummer. Management does spray for the ants because they want no chemicals. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Motorhome.

Almond Tree RV Park, Chico, California

Date of Stay: September, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Campground is fairly well maintained with sites close together. Utilities are properly placed; however, we had power issues, as did our neighbors, when the temperature hit 95. If I pay for 50 AMP I expect 50 AMP. We camped at Almond Tree RV Park in a Motorhome.

Deschutes County Fair & Expo RV Park, Redmond, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Camp host knows how to run a campground; If possible a space/campsite is left between each person. Their is plenty of grass and other areas to run your dog. Some locations in the "A" section have little or no WiFi access. However, the camp host forewarned us of this problem. Utilities are placed in the right place and worked correctly. We camped at Deschutes County Fair & Expo RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overall Rating:

Park is very pretty and extremely tight in some areas for a 40' motorhome. The sites are close together and offer no privacy. Our dog was $10.00 extra dollars? Really. Overall, we don't think this is for us. We camped at Belknap Resort & Hot Springs in a Motorhome.

Lucky Eagle Casino RV Park, Rochester, Washington

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

When you arrive, check in at the hotel even for a free site. Check in was fine and the clerk could not have been nicer. This casino/RV park has two sections. Sites 44 thru 49 are free with no hookups while the other sites have hook ups. All sites are level and concrete. The free spaces are tight and you are asked to leave in your slides. We camped at Lucky Eagle Casino RV Park in a Motorhome.

Portland Fairview RV Park, Fairview, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

This is a nice clean park with level sites. Utilities are placed in the correct area for easy hook up. Park is a little noisy at night if on the main road going in and out. Park is about a 15 to 20 minute drive to Portland. Five dollars to wash your motorhome. Great for walking your dog. Wife had trouble with their Tengo WI-FI. Overall, this is a nice campground to see the local area. We camped at Portland Fairview RV Park in a Motorhome.

Pullen Creek RV Park, Skagway, Alaska

Date of Stay: July, 2013 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Pick a harbor side lot. We had great views of the harbor and cruise ships coming and leaving Skagway with a mountain background. Sites have no sewer, 30 amp service with water. There is a dump station at the park. We were allowed to wash our rig and toad at our site. We camped at Pullen Creek RV Park in a Motorhome.
