As previously noted - this is a square block close to downtown St Louis and is ALL blacktop. There is also a slope in the campground, which can call for multiple leveling boards (some provided). The staff is very friendly and helpful. There was a convention in town and the park became a "stack'm and pack'm" situtation, but everyone cooperated and even the biggest of rigs got in. We would stay here again for short periods.

We spent 5 nights here. VERY HOT when we were there and the pool was even warm. The pool had life guard on duty. Nice staff. Location makes for easy trip to DC. We would stay here again.

Spent a week here. Park really fills up on Friday nite and back to "normal" Sunday afternoon. Good location for Baltimore and central MD. Very friendly staff and we would stay here again.

I made reservations 10 months ago to stay here for 12 days in March - been coming to this area of FL for 40 years to visit my parents - and we knew that "season" can get a lot of people, so we planned accordingly. Requested full hookups and paid a deposit. Arrived at resort and was given directions to "overflow 3" - finally got backed in - very narrow streets and TIGHT slots (we could not extend our side awning). As I am hooking up I cannot find a sewer connection and I look at my neighbors and they do not have any sewer hoses out either - Went to office and they explained that Overflow does not have sewer - but there is a dump station next to the office! That was not going to work for a 12 day stay - they first wanted me to stay for the weekend (arrived on a Friday afternoon) to "work off my deposit and find another park to move to. They finally agreed to refund all of our money including the deposit, and we moved to Pine Island KOA - have stayed there before and they found a spot for our entire stay. The Groves is LOADED with permanent mobile homes and SMALL lots that they use for Motor Homes. We would not stay here again

Went here for the Daytona 500 and Speed week - lots of people. Site was VERY sandy and was advised to back thru a soft spot to get to firmer ground - had to use boards to keep jacks from sinking - nice wide slots and the majority of campground is seasonal people (lot of Canadians) but they are friendly and helpful.
