Very nice park. We stayed here in class A for several days. I love the mature trees everywhere through the park and in all sites, very beautiful. All the staff was nice and I really enjoyed the lending library. The evening security let me in late to borrow a game and was really nice and welcoming. Clean, pleasant and really a lot of work in keep the park well maintained and landscaped. We thought it was great and would definitely come back. Many long term residents but the really nice kind that create pretty gardens around their units, etc., and enhance the beauty of the park. "Entrance road" does have a few lower hang branches but that is a HWY department thing and not in the campground.

Nice and has a good park like setting up front. The hosts were very nice and invited us to activities. Park was quiet, good location in Port Orange. We had stopped at another park and it looked like total chaos, so we made a dash for this KOA. I would stay here again and likely will soon. I would love it if they grew a little more vegetation toward the back of the park where the class A's are. More bushes, trees, etc., would make this a 10. Bathrooms are clean, could use a bit of an update but that was ok. Very pleasant, low hassle, nice people and clean.

Very nice stay here 2 times in the past year. Staff very friendly, everything is clean and we love all the animals they have. The manager helped us with all kinds of information and even helped us find an RV wash. It is low key and relaxing to stay here. The sites are gravel/clay but level, Park is circled by trees and grassy areas. Very peaceful. Nice showers and laundry.

We camped for 1 night just to visit family in the area and were charged the extra fee for the water park even though we had no intention of using those facilities. Outside "parties" were swarming the campground and running around at will and I guess they had bought water park admission and were holding giant birthday party's and gatherings. They should stop being a campground and just be a water park. Our site was flooded and not at all level even though there were dry level empty spaces available. But the worst was the woman at the desk who would not accept my husbands Good Sam emergency card for the Good Sam discount even though the member ID is the same. He tried to explain that he could go out and get the regular ID from my wallet but she would not wait. When I took the card back in after parking she said that he would have had to present it at registration. Outrageous behavior for a campground. We turned in our unused $24 plastic armbands the next day just to make a point. What a rip-off.
