Date of Stay:

The sites are clean with concrete pads and parking. Office staff was friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi was not working at the sites when we arrived. They were changing the towers and indicated it would be completed in 3 or 4 days. It was completed and works great in our location. We stayed for one week. If in the area again, this is where we would stay.

Palm Gardens (55+ park)

Mesa, Arizona

Date of Stay:

We stayed here for 2 and 1/2 months. The park is clean and gated. The residents are very friendly. They include RVers in all their activities. Wi-Fi at the sites is provided by Tengo Internet for a fee. It was very erratic. Probably off a fifth of the time. After several calls to Tengo, they improved it some but still was not excellent. The one negative on the park was the dog walk outside the gates next to Lindsay St. on dirt. Dogs will get dirty as will RV carpets etc. from blowing dust in the area. Park is great but area is not due to traffic in the city/area.

Date of Stay:

We stayed here two years ago for two months. We stopped again in December for one night. We found the park to be clean and friendly both stays. It is easy to access and has lots to offer for a long stay. The park was built primarily for park models and as a result the sewer and water hookups are a long stretch for RV-s. We would stay in the park again for one night or for a long stay. Wi-Fi at the RV site was supplied by Tengo for a fee. It was good. Internet is available for free in the office/activities building.
