Date of Stay:

Convenient stopover in the high desert with striking rock formations behind the park. Gravel transient sites were very unlevel front to back. Easy utility connections. Wifi was good until park got crowded late day. Very good Verizon signal.

Date of Stay:

Superior park layout with relaxing pools and delightful common areas. And a coin-operated RV and car wash. It's the first time in more than four years of full-timing we've been asked if we wanted morning or afternoon sun at our site. Nice. Crushed stone sites that were quite level. Minor drawback was the utilities located behind the RV which made for long sewer hose run.

Date of Stay:

Small park that was well-kept, nicely laid out, roads were easily navigable. Nice greenery separated our site on both sides, long concrete patio on one side. Utility connections were handy, water pressure was good, Verizon signal was very good. Wifi is managed by an external company and costs extra per day. Office and service staff was helpful.

Well-laid out park with cement pads, strips of grass between with small trees dotting parkland. Very accessible roads, easy utility connections, water pressure was very good, wifi was very good, Verizon signal was very good. Large dog walking grassy areas.

Nicely laid out park with large grassy swatches between concrete pads. Very clean, new, easy access. Competent office staff and maintenance crew. Easy, handy utility connections, very good water pressure, very good wifi, Verizon signal was good, but not great. Hilltop location with nice walking trail all the way around the park, great for people and pets.

Date of Stay:

Our site was in the B section, nestled in the pines, with crushed stone and dirt pad with shrubs, bushes and trees separating sites. Utility connections were handy, water pressure very good, wifi was very good, Verizon signal was only intermittent. Maintenance crew was always visible.

The buddy setup for utilities means big grassy space between you and neighbor on one side. Very nice common areas with sparkling pool and hot tub and loads of attractive landscaping. Wifi was very good, water pressure very good, sewer was a bit of a stretch requiring 2 sections of hose to reach at rear of motorhome. Great dog walking throughout. Friendly, capable office staff.

Date of Stay:

Lovely landscaped park with beautiful trees and shrubs throughout. Easy, convenient utility connections with superior WiFi. Very quiet at night. Excellent pool and spa facilities. Top-notch office staff. Site was smooth pressed sand with grass and bushes on both sides.

Date of Stay:

Very spread out parkland with winding roads and mostly turnouts for RV sites. Utility connections were good, water pressure good, no WiFi, but excellent Verizon 4G service. Heavy equipment working to create a levee at rear of park next to Women's Prison.

Really nice, clean, well-laid-out park close to the fun of Disneyland. Friendly, efficient office staff. Nice cement pad with grassy strips, good utility connections, very good WiFi and very good Verizon 4G signal. Rumble from I-5 on far end of park, and happy sounds of kids going to the schools across the street.

Date of Stay:

Large basically park-model setup with RVs tucked in where homes haven't been sold. Utilities at the rear of site, and I saw runs of sewer hose up to 40 feet. Wifi is unusable in season, water pressure good, paved roads and crushed stone lots with cement patio and space for parking next to unit. Tons of activities from lapidary to lap pools. Good location on far east end of Mesa.

Dirt/sand buddy setups that are quite close, but we faced a green-grass wetland in the middle of the park. Pretty quiet with good water pressure, decent wifi, and decent Verizon 4G signal. The Avi Casino pool area is a very nice amenity.

Very horse ranch look to the facilities. Clean, neat, with two large dog parks. Good wifi, good utility connections, level pea gravel pull-thru site with easy access. Location is attractive except for the low rumble from huge truck stop between park and I-40.

Date of Stay:

The location of the park on a hillside overlooking countryside, I-40 through the valley, and distant freight trains was delightful. However, the ongoing construction of a truck stop right up the hill from the park may impact the ambiance. Laundry was clean, WiFi was good, excellent Verizon 4G signal. Big pieces of crushed red rock was troublesome for small dogs feet.

Date of Stay:

Nicely laid out park with attractive plantings and raked gravel around sites. Water pressure a little low, Wi-Fi limited to one device and was slow. Utility connections were easy. Site pads - some cement, some gravel - were somewhat sloped. Office staff service was uneven. Nice hiking trails around park. Rate reflects week-long stay.
