Tree studded campground with sandy roads and sites. Site was quite level. Power pedestal was way forward and sewer was way rear. Water pressure was good, very good Verizon 4G signal. Excellent staff.

Date of Stay:

Paved roads and nice long cement pad under Spanish moss draped oaks. Nice woodsy setting although some traffic noise from nearby interstate. Congenial office staff. Utility connections were convenient, very good water pressure, good wifi and even got a satellite connection.

Well-kept park with many amenities and activities. Superior wifi, very good water pressure, very good Verizon 4G coverage, convenient utility connections. Park roads are paved and front sites are paved with a small hump in the middle and tapering down on both ends. Sites very narrow. Customer service from office was a continuous disappointment.

Former farmland provides attractive background with loads of open land, stands of trees and ponds. Main RV area is a huge rectangle with units facing toward huge grassy center. Solid crushed rock site was level with convenient utility connections. Very good water pressure, very good wifi. Some highway noise and significant railway noise.

Big grassy fields with playground, pool, and group fire pit in the middle. Back in sites on one side with pull-through sites on the entry road side. Water pressure was very good, utility connections were convenient, site was fairly level, park wifi worked well (park was fairly quiet), and good Verizon reception. Very quiet country location.

Tight, hilly, narrow campground roads with nice views of valleys nearby. Fairly level paved site with good water pressure. Pieces of bakelite missing from electrical connection and very loose and low to the ground. Some I-40 road rumble over the hill.

Date of Stay:

Convenient to I-81 and easy access to sites through some paved but mostly gravel roads. Some treed, some open sites with one area with cement pads. Sheep meadow on hill to the one side, cattle in meadow to other side. Utility connections were handy, very good water pressure, good campground wifi with very good Verizon 4G LTE signal. Attractive, clean, low-cost laundry.

Campground was cramped with maximum sites in minimum space. Attractive plantings and common areas in riverside woodland. Pull-through site was not level. Utility connections were at front of coach and required every inch of our power cable and an additional 10-ft water hose added to our 25-foot. Campground wifi was satisfactory, and there was good Verizon 4G LTE.

Extremely attractive park with nicely laid-out sites surrounded by woodlands with views of valley and mountains. Pull-through site was mostly level, packed crushed stone with convenient utility connections. Very good Verizon 4G LTE with very strong water pressure. Campground wifi worked very well.

Brand new park with generous common areas and nicely laid-out sites. Roads are dirt, sites are level packed crushed stone with grass between. Utility connections are easy with good locations. Very good Verizon 4G LTE, strong water pressure. Excellent pavilion and pool area. We took advantage of an end-of-season special price.

Once you get past the twisty narrow roads to get to park, lovely lakeside setting, well maintained, large grassy areas and very friendly staff and residents. We had a nice level site with easy utility connections, fair to good water pressure, good park wifi, but weak Verizon signal.

Convenient and relatively inexpensive for visiting DC. Our pull-thru site was not level and would require lifting front wheels off the ground to correct. Utility connections were convenient, water pressure was fair to good, good park wifi, very good Verizon 4G service.

Attractive location with park sites along wooded river. Our site was level with large grassy area to overlook, utility connections were convenient, water pressure was good until park pump failed (repaired early the next morning), Verizon signal was good.
