Lovely landscaped park with beautiful trees and shrubs throughout. Easy, convenient utility connections with superior WiFi. Very quiet at night. Excellent pool and spa facilities. Top-notch office staff. Site was smooth pressed sand with grass and bushes on both sides.

Date of Stay:

Very spread out parkland with winding roads and mostly turnouts for RV sites. Utility connections were good, water pressure good, no WiFi, but excellent Verizon 4G service. Heavy equipment working to create a levee at rear of park next to Women's Prison.

Date of Stay:

Really nice, clean, well-laid-out park close to the fun of Disneyland. Friendly, efficient office staff. Nice cement pad with grassy strips, good utility connections, very good WiFi and very good Verizon 4G signal. Rumble from I-5 on far end of park, and happy sounds of kids going to the schools across the street.

Date of Stay:

Large basically park-model setup with RVs tucked in where homes haven't been sold. Utilities at the rear of site, and I saw runs of sewer hose up to 40 feet. Wifi is unusable in season, water pressure good, paved roads and crushed stone lots with cement patio and space for parking next to unit. Tons of activities from lapidary to lap pools. Good location on far east end of Mesa.

Date of Stay:

Dirt/sand buddy setups that are quite close, but we faced a green-grass wetland in the middle of the park. Pretty quiet with good water pressure, decent wifi, and decent Verizon 4G signal. The Avi Casino pool area is a very nice amenity.

Date of Stay:

Very horse ranch look to the facilities. Clean, neat, with two large dog parks. Good wifi, good utility connections, level pea gravel pull-thru site with easy access. Location is attractive except for the low rumble from huge truck stop between park and I-40.

Date of Stay:

The location of the park on a hillside overlooking countryside, I-40 through the valley, and distant freight trains was delightful. However, the ongoing construction of a truck stop right up the hill from the park may impact the ambiance. Laundry was clean, WiFi was good, excellent Verizon 4G signal. Big pieces of crushed red rock was troublesome for small dogs feet.

Date of Stay:

Nicely laid out park with attractive plantings and raked gravel around sites. Water pressure a little low, Wi-Fi limited to one device and was slow. Utility connections were easy. Site pads - some cement, some gravel - were somewhat sloped. Office staff service was uneven. Nice hiking trails around park. Rate reflects week-long stay.

Date of Stay:

Nicely spaced paved sites with cement patio, wide streets, easy access to utilities. Strong water pressure, very good WiFi, with good Verizon 4G signal. Sewer connections were very tall. Nice plantings around park with nice dog walking and cement sidewalks for daily walks all around park and casino grounds.

Date of Stay:

Level crushed stone sites with buddy setup for units with nice patch of grass and a tree or two on entry side. Excellent water pressure. WiFi was fair and gets bogged down when park is busy. Good Verizon 4G coverage. Friendly staff with weekly pot lucks, talks and more. Very quiet dead-end street with horse pasture and woodlands around. Rate reflects monthly stay.

Date of Stay:

Attractive wooded, terraced, treed RV park tucked along small stream in historic ranch setting. Easy utility connections with excellent water pressure. Wifi was a local provider. While service was good, it was limited to two one-day passes and one hour per day without paying. We used excellent Verizon 4G LTE signal. Bridge to frisbee golf and dog run area that was huge. Peaceful and quiet.

Loved the blazing fast internet. Disliked the steeply sloped cement RV pads that made it impossible to level motorhome without taking front wheels off the ground. Pads are also too narrow to allow getting out of the unit without plunging into the dirt/weeds/dead plants.

It was nice to see patches of grass and trees between sites. The gravel sites were extremely unlevel. Utility connections were good, Wi-Fi was good. Office staff was often confused. Prepare for strong downslope winds overnight. Rate reflects weekly stay.

Date of Stay:

Beautifully manicured park with wide stretches of grass and lots of nice leafy trees and flower beds. Nice level cement pads, convenient utility connections, and some of the friendliest staff we've encountered. Wifi was weak and in process of being updated but strong Verizon 4G LTE signal. Rate reflects weekly stay.

Date of Stay:

Wonderful campground in rural, wooded location bordering the Dolores River. Level gravel RV sites around common areas with nice grassy areas and plantings. Good water pressure, good utility connections. Extremely friendly and accommodating young family owners. Verizon signal is weak and campground Wi-Fi suffered a glitch but repairs were underway. Rate reflects weekly stay.
