Small, clean, and quiet, just what we like in campgrounds. The clubhouse has a large pavilion with a beautiful fireplace. Swimming pool is kept spotless, and the grounds are also spotless. Many activities in the clubhouse, many group activities off site with the owner, trips to New Orleans, art activities, and plenty of eating events. Lots of snowbirds during the winter so the place is like a little community with great people. Many golf courses in the area which I liked.....super place.

Very nice park, easy on and off I-55. Site were a little tight but great for over night stay. Host/owner was great with info and directions to site. I just wish they were open earlier and later in the season. We will be back if open.

The rate cited reflects a monthly rate. We stay here every year for at least a couple months, and it gets better each time. Great owners, super host (he helps everyone with anything to do with RVs). The pool was super clean, as well as the bathrooms/showers. The grounds are immaculate. Cookouts and activities in the clubhouse all winter. We will be back.

Very nice park. Friendly workers and staff. They have very large sites, lots of space between sites. Picnic table at each site. The pull-through sites are gravel, but level. Back in sites are concrete and nicely situated. I would have given it a higher rating except for the cost, pretty high, although KOA's seem to be over priced. We probably would not stay here again, there are less expensive parks in the area.

This could be a very nice park. It is next to a very nice lake. Nice tree cover and nicely situated off the interstate. I gave it a low rating because of a few reasons. We never actually met anyone that worked at the park. The park was a complete "mud hole", dirt roads and sites. The road going into the park was a mess, large chuck holes, mud ankle deep. The actual park was in total disarray with a cleanup very necessary. I would not recommend this park at this time, maybe when the city gets it act together and cleans it up.

We stayed here for a week while doing some touristy things in the Black Hills. It was a very basic park, no amenities. They had just put a bunch of new water piping in, and it was muddy in areas. The hook-ups were very oddly configured making it hard to hook up all things at once. The water and electric were usable at the same time, but the sewer hook up was about 20 feet in front of the water and electric. We had to use our tanks while there, and unhook and move forward to dump the tanks when we were ready to leave. The Wi-Fi did not work for us even though we were right next to the office. Although it was the cheapest we could find in the area, we really got what we paid for. Will look elsewhere next time.

Very nice park, very nice view of the Missouri River. The site was fairly level, and the hookups were nicely set-up. Lots of space between sites with a picnic table at each site. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel/resort and the meal was acceptable. We would stay here again.

This is a nice park for an overnight stay. There was no one working at the park - self check-in. The park seemed pretty well kept. I like to see people that work at the park, it gives a more secure feeling - thus the lower rating.

The friendliest park on the coast. Great hosts, wonderful owners(live on site), and the cleanest laundry and bathrooms I have ever seen in a park. Clubhouse and pavilion are perfect, and the pool is spotless. We will be back.

Nice little park. Dirt roads, gravel/dirt sites. Friendly folks, very helpful. We stayed just one night on our way home from the Gulf.

Our usual stop on our way home. Lots of rain in the area, so there was lots of mud, water, and mess. The sites are not very level, and the roads need some work, lots of potholes. OK stop for one night.

Our usual stop on our way north. Love Lamberts, so have to stop. Only planned on one night, but stayed 4 nights because of weather up north on our path home. Nice folks, helpful. Gravel roads and sites, sites are level and have plenty room. Picnic table at site.

Called ahead, no answer, no call-back. Site was a mess, mud, water, very uneven. Ok for one night, but will look for a different place in the area to stop on our way home next year.

This is our first time here, and we were very surprised that it was as nice as it is. Beautiful area, very clean, and well laid out. We have a 39ft. motorhome and there is a very narrow and scary bridge coming in, but there is another entrance up the hill on Hwy 64. We were here in November so the water was turned off, but everything was there. We will return.

Easy on and off I55. Nice park, fairly quiet, but can hear the interstate traffic. Sites are gravel, but level. Helpful staff. Lambert's is close so we had a great dinner there. Great for an overnight stay.
