Watkins Woolen Mill State Park, Lawson, Missouri

Date of Stay: March, 2011 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

We were only here one night but enjoyed the surroundings very much. We've been impressed by the Missouri state parks so far - clean and neat. Our site was gravel and a little downhill and our levelers kind of sunk into the ground. A little more rock on the sites might be able to help. We liked the bike path around the lake and our kids enjoyed the playground. We would stay here again. We camped at Watkins Woolen Mill State Park in a Motorhome.

Musicland Kampground, Branson, Missouri

Date of Stay: March, 2011 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

With 3 children and no tow vehicle, we knew we wanted to stay within walking distance of many attractions. We were very pleased with our choice at Musicland Kampground. Even though we were steps away from "the strip" we felt like we were in a park with all of the nice trees and privacy. Yes, there are helicopters constantly during the daytime hours but we were out exploring so they didn't bother us. The sites are all terraced and narrow roads to get around but we were led to our site and managed with a 36' motorhome just fine. We had a gravel pad pull thru site which was nice. We had Wi-Fi connection and enjoyed the stay very much. We camped at Musicland Kampground in a Motorhome.
