This is a very nice RV park close to many activities in the Black Hills. We stayed "off-season" and none of the typical amenities were available. We feel that the price was too high given that the pool, hot tub and game room were closed, and the pancake breakfast was over the for the season. We also paid $6 more per night than the off-season rate and feel there should not be an additional per person rate when there are no "extras" available. We would have no problem with the rate if everything had been open and available.

This is a fun RV park and is one of few we found in the Phoenix area that is family friendly. The park is very clean and neat. This park is right off I-17, but a sound wall keeps the road noise from reaching the park. During our stay, the citrus trees were loaded and the park staff encouraged our kids to climb the trees and pick as much as they could carry. The staff at this park was friendly and helpful at every turn.

We enjoyed our very brief stay at this park. It was easy to access from the interstate and pleasantly quiet. Our kids loved the lawn chess and wished for time to swim in the American flag pool. The service we received at check-in (late) and for morning coffee was friendly and welcoming.
