Overall nice campground. We had a site in loop #1 site #11 at first but it was VERY narrow and short. We could not squeeze our 24' trailer in this one so we moved to site #27 in loop #2 which was much better although not water front. I would avoid loop 1 as there is not any shade and the water is down so low that there is about a 6' cliff before getting to the water. There are several playgrounds and the grounds are well kept. I would stay here again. Cell service was acceptable.

This is a fairly nice campground that appears to be still under construction. Our first site was a gravel site and we had no water pressure, after speaking with management she moved us to a concrete site which was much better. The gravel sites are tiny and do not have picnic tables or fire pits and can be quite muddy in the rain. The concrete sites do have picnic tables and some have fire areas. The Wi-Fi was spotty but acceptable most of the time the cable was fuzzy when it was raining. The biggest issue we had was with the water it was often muddy even though we had our filter on, so we used bottled water for cooking and teeth brushing. I probably wouldn't stay here again, just because it was too far out of town for me and the construction going on.

We stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed the park. The sites were large and mostly level, the restrooms were clean and adequate. Laundry facilities were available. Campground store had a good selection of necessities that may have been forgotten, ice, propane, and bike rentals. The park is very large and bicycles are the preferred mode of travel and pets are welcome. There is a playground and splash area for the kids. The water park was closed due to a water main break while we were here, so we visited another one in another county park while we were here. Discount tickets are available in the store for the waterparks. Your campground pass gets you into all of the other parks for free.

This RV park is very new and well-maintained. The sites were level with concrete pads. Our site backed up to the stream which was small but was still nice. Guests are allowed to use the indoor pool at the Mainstay Suites across the street which was very nice. Location is great, it is located at light #6 in Pigeon Forge and is off of the main road but is still close to everything. Wi-Fi worked without any issues, cable TV had around 60 channels and the sites were very clean and well groomed. The only thing that was lacking and I wish we had, was a playground for the kids. We will definitely stay here again!
